    摘要: A wireless communication circuit provides wireless communication with a network; and a supply power control circuit controls supplying a power to at least one of said wireless communication circuit and a unit in a vehicle in response to a command signal which is inputted from an operation circuit or through the wireless communication circuit. The power is periodically supplied to a unit in its vehicle or the wireless communication circuit. A control circuit receives data from the unit and stores the data. The data is outputted or transmitted in response a data request. The unit may be a position detection circuit including a GSP receiver. The power is cut off when the unit is not used. Information is transmitted to the vehicle terminal apparatus which stores and displays it in response to a data command or a start-up of the vehicle. A diagnostic function may be provided. The main battery may be checked and the result is transmitted. The position of the vehicle are periodically detected and compared to detect a trouble of the vehicle. The result may be transmitted. An emergency informing function or system may be provided. The information transmitting system reads data from a data base and transmits data to a vehicle terminal apparatus.

The power source device of this emergency informing terminal has a function of cutting off power supply to the emergency informing terminal when overheat or overcurrent occurs in the auxiliary battery which operate when supply from the main battery is interrupted, and if overheat or voltage drop occurs due to short circuit of the auxiliary battery or other trouble, power supply into the emergency informing terminal is cut off, so that spread of damage may be avoided.

The terminal area includes extraction wirings connected with signal lines and scanning lines of the display area. The terminals are connected with the extraction wirings through contact holes. Even when an area of the testing terminal is larger than an area of the connection terminal, an opening area of a second contact hole for the testing terminal is reduced to an area smaller than an opening area of a first contact hole for the connection terminal.

    摘要: The present invention selects an appropriate composition pattern even if there is provided a plurality of composition patterns for dot image data based on the number of pixels associated with printing. Namely, in order to print a readable dot, an image data generation method is used for setting a composition pattern of this dot. This method determines the number of pixels associated with printout of the composition pattern in consideration of enlargement of the dot when printed. This method also uses a composition pattern which minimizes dispersion of pixels constituting the corresponding dot. By doing so, the method uniquely determines an optimal dot composition pattern for printing.

    摘要: In a pager, one of a plurality of kinds of baud rates is automatically selected for each of the service areas or network providers. With this provision, the conventional operation to produce pagers for the respective transmission speeds becomes unnecessary, which resultantly improves productivity as well as operability and usability thereof. The pager includes an antenna, a radio section, a demodulating section, a low-pass filter, a comparator, a decoder, a CPU, a notifying section, a ROM, a RAM, and a switching circuit. Receiving a broadcast radio wave, the pager produces a demodulated signal therefrom. In accordance with the demodulated signal, the pager automatically sets operation of the decoder to either one of a plurality of transmission speeds of the received signal and conducts a paging operation when a paging number of the received signal matches a paging number beforehand stored therein.
