    摘要: A method of controlling power in a Base Station (BS) of a cellular system using wired Relay Stations (RSs) includes the RSs and the BS individually performing scheduling of packets to be transmitted to Mobile Stations (MSs) in respective areas of coverage, the BS increasing a difference between a sum of signals to be transmitted and a sum of interference signals according to a scheduling result, guaranteeing a minimum amount of data to be received by each MS, and calculating a power allocation solution of each MS, which satisfies a condition that the power allocation solution is in a range of allocatable power, which was pre-set by each of the RSs and the BS, and the RSs and the BS performing sub-channel allocation and power allocation according to the power allocation solution satisfying the condition.

    摘要: A method for scheduling in a cellular system using a relay station (RS) through an inter-antenna cooperative transmission technology based on pre-cooperation information according to each channel in a cellular system using a cable RS in order to increase the throughput of the entire system. The steps include classifying all mobile stations (MSs) in a corresponding cell based into Cooperative Transmission (CT) MSs for cooperative transmission and Single Transmission (ST) MSs for to each channel; mapping channel-by-channel channel capacities of the CT MSs and ST MSs classified according to each channel, selecting a channel with a highest priority, and receiving a request message from a corresponding MS according to whether the capacity of the selected channel satisfies preset CT criteria and selecting an MS having a metric value of a highest priority according to a corresponding scheduling algorithm, from among multiple requesting MSs.

    摘要: Opportunistic packet scheduling apparatus and method in a multihop relay wireless access communication system are provided. The method includes aggregating channel condition information which are estimated and reported by Mobile Stations (MSs) and a Relay Station (RS) for each MS path in a cell, determining a Modulation and Coding Scheme (MCS) level which corresponds to the aggregated channel condition information for a corresponding hop of each MS path, determining a transmittable coded packet size and a number of subchannels required for the packet transmission depending on the determined MCS level, and calculating a current radio resource efficiency of the corresponding MS path using the determined coded packet size and the determined number of the subchannels.
