Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display device having a touch sensor for securing improved touch-sensing performance. The display device having a touch sensor includes a shield electrode and a touch electrode, which are sequentially disposed on an encapsulation unit covering a light-emitting element. While a touch-driving signal is applied to the touch electrode, a load free driving signal of which at least one of the phase or the amplitude is the same as that of the touch-driving signal is supplied to the shield electrode, thereby securing improved touch-sensing performance.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device having a touch sensor is discussed. The organic light-emitting display device includes a touch sensor formed in a single-layer structure and disposed on an encapsulation unit disposed on a light-emitting element. First and second bridges and first and second touch electrodes included in the touch sensor having a single-layer structure are formed of the same material as each other in the same plane, e.g., on the uppermost layer of the encapsulation unit, thereby simplifying the structure thereof and reducing costs.

The touch display device includes: a plurality of driving electrodes in the touch area, the plurality of driving electrodes connected to each other through at least one bridge line to constitute a plurality of row touch driving lines; a plurality of sensing electrodes crossing the plurality of driving electrodes in the touch area; and at least one driving routing line from the at least one bridge line connecting the plurality of driving electrodes, wherein the at least one driving routing line extends from the touch area to the non-display area.

The display device having a touch sensor includes a touch-driving circuit configured to drive a touch-driving line and a touch-sensing line, which are disposed on an encapsulation unit covering a light-emitting element, in a mutual-capacitance mode and to drive at least one of the touch-driving line or the touch-sensing line in a self-capacitance mode, and the touch-driving circuit supplies a load free driving signal to a shield line overlapping the touch-driving line and the touch-sensing line, thereby securing improved touch-sensing performance.

Abstract: A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes touch electrodes on an encapsulating element. Each of the touch electrodes can be connected to a first touch line extending in a direction, and a second touch line extending in a direction opposite to the first touch line. Each of the touch electrodes can be connected to one of touch pads by one of the first touch lines. The second touch line can include an end on the encapsulating element. Thus, in the display apparatus, the reliability for the touch of a user or tool can be improved.
