Abstract: In the stretchable display device of the present disclosure, peeling and delamination of connection lines between adjacent circuits mounted on individual fixed substrates that might occur during stretching is reduced. According to one embodiment a temporary substrate is formed having a plurality of stiff areas and an elastic area, the temporary substrate being on a subsidiary substrate. A plurality of individual substrates are disposed on the lower substrate and located in the active area on the lower substrate. A first inorganic layer is formed on each of the plurality of individual substrates, the first inorganic layer having a sidewall surface extending upward from the first substrate. An organic layer is deposited overlying the first inorganic layer, including overlying the sidewall surface of the first inorganic layer.

Abstract: Disclosed is a transparent display apparatus. The transparent display apparatus includes a first substrate including a plurality of pixel areas, a first partition wall surrounding each of the plurality of pixel areas, a filling layer covering the first partition wall and the plurality of pixel areas, and a second substrate coupled to the filling layer. Accordingly, a stress applied to a display panel is reduced, and the peeling of an organic light emitting device and transmission of water are preventing from being spread, thereby enhancing the reliability of the display panel.

Abstract: One or more embodiments of the present disclosure provides a stretchable display device. The stretchable display device includes a lower substrate on which a display area displaying an image and a non-display area adjacent to the display area are disposed, a plurality of pixel substrates disposed in the display area, a plurality of outer substrates disposed in the non-display area, a plurality of pixels disposed on the plurality of pixel substrates, and a plurality of gate drivers disposed on the plurality of outer substrates and outputting gate voltages to the plurality of pixels, and at least one blocking layer overlapping the plurality of gate drivers. Thus, it is feasible to prevent image defects in the stretchable display device from occurring due to external static electricity.
