    Abstract: A light emitting display device includes: a light emitting element that includes a light emitting layer between a first electrode and a second electrode; a wavelength conversion layer overlapping the light emitting element; and an uneven layer that includes a plurality of furrows between the light emitting element and the wavelength conversion layer, wherein a shortest distance between a bottom surface of the plurality of furrows and the wavelength conversion layer is 0.1 um or greater.

    Abstract: An OLED display device includes a first substrate including a plurality of sub-pixels each including an emission area and a non-emission area; organic light emitting diodes on the first substrate; a second substrate opposed to the first substrate; a black matrix and a color filter layer on one side of the second substrate; a spacer on the black matrix and overlapping or parallel to one of the plurality of the gate lines and the plurality of data lines; and a film layer on the spacer, wherein an air gap is provided between the second substrate and the film layer, and a part of the film layer is exposed by the air gap.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display (OLED) is disclosed. The disclosed OLED includes a substrate including a plurality of sub-pixels, each sub-pixel comprising a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, the display area comprising a first display area at a center region of the display area and a second display area surrounding the first display area; a first electrode formed in the display area; an organic light emitting layer formed on the first electrode and extending to the non-display area; a third electrode formed on a portion of the organic light emitting layer in the first display area; and a second electrode formed on the third electrode and the organic light emitting layer, wherein the first and third electrodes are able to achieve a micro cavity effect.

    Abstract: Various embodiments provide an organic light emitting diode display device that includes a substrate having an emitting area and a non-emitting area; an overcoating layer on the substrate and including a convex portion and a concave portion. The convex portion includes a bottom surface portion, a top surface portion and a side surface portion between the bottom surface portion and the top surface portion. The organic light emitting diode further includes a first electrode on the overcoating layer; a light emitting layer on the first electrode; and a second electrode on the light emitting layer. The side surface portion is a main emission region having a first emission spectrum and the concave portion is an auxiliary emission region having a second emission spectrum different from the first emission spectrum. The main emission region and the auxiliary emission region are an effective emission region.

    Abstract: Provided are an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) and an organic light-emitting device including the same. The OLED includes a first electrode, an organic emissive layer which includes a plurality of convex curves or a plurality of concave curves in a light-emitting region and of which a slope of an inclined plane of an upper region with respect to a horizontal line dividing a height of the plurality of convex curves into halves is greater than a slope of an inclined plane of a lower region thereof, and a second electrode provided on the organic emissive layer. Accordingly, the OLED and the organic light-emitting device including the same are capable of improving current efficiency.

    Abstract: An electroluminescent display device comprises a substrate; a thin film transistor disposed on the substrate; an overcoat layer disposed on the thin film transistor; and a light-emitting diode electrically connected to the thin film transistor through the overcoat layer, wherein the light-emitting diode includes a first electrode, a light-emitting layer on the first electrode and a second electrode on the light-emitting layer, and an emissive area is an area in which the light-emitting layer emits light by the first electrode or the second electrode, wherein the overcoat layer includes a micro lens at a position corresponding to the emissive area, and the light-emitting diode conforms to a morphology of the micro lens, and wherein the first electrode includes a first region and a second region, the first region comprises an electrode layer, and the second region includes the electrode layer and an electrode pattern disposed under the electrode layer.
