    Abstract: A display device can include a display panel including a first gate line and a second gate line; and a gate driving circuit configured to output a first gate signal to the first gate line in synchronization with a first horizontal synchronization pulse, and output a second gate signal to the second gate line in synchronization with a second horizontal synchronization pulse after the first horizontal synchronization pulse, and adjust at least a portion of the first gate signal or at least a portion of the second gate signal so that an area under one pulse of the first gate signal is substantially equal to an area under one pulse of the second gate signal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to display devices and methods of driving the display devices. In accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, it is possible to improve image quality of a display device by reducing a sensing time for sensing one or more characteristic values of at least one driving transistor disposed in at least one sub-pixel. Further, it is possible to perform optimal sensing and compensation for at least one driving transistor by setting a minimum sensing time for one or more characteristic values of the at least one driving transistor and changing the sensing time according to a sensing available time of the display device.

    Abstract: Two or more sensing switches are included in a sensing unit for detecting a characteristic value of a subpixel, and are electrically coupled to a reference voltage line. The two or more sensing switches share a sampling switch with a sensing capacitor included in the sensing unit, which reduces size of the sensing unit. Sensing may include driving simultaneously two or more sensing switches sharing a sensing capacitor, or sensing may be performed through continuous and short driving after simultaneous driving. Overall sensing time can be reduced and sensing accuracy improved.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a gate driving circuit, a display device, and a method for driving a display device. It is possible to reduce deterioration of the transistor controlled by a first QB node and a second QB node by alternately driving the first QB node and the second QB node of a gate circuit. In addition, by sensing a deterioration deviation between a transistor controlled by the first QB node and a transistor controlled by the second QB node and adjusting a driving period of the first QB node and a driving period of the second QB node based on the sensing result, it is possible to maximize or at least increase the lifetime of the transistor controlled by the first QB node and the transistor controlled by the second QB node, thereby improving the reliability of the gate circuit.
