Abstract:
An organic light emitting display comprises: a display panel with a plurality of pixels connected to data lines and sensing lines, each pixel comprising an OLED and a driving TFT for controlling the amount of light emission of the OLED; and a data driver IC comprising a plurality of sensing units for sensing current data of the pixels through a plurality of sensing channels connected to the sensing lines, each sensing unit comprising: a first current integrator connected to an odd sensing channel; a second current integrator connected to an even sensing channel neighboring the odd sensing channel; and a sample & hold unit that removes common noise components from a first sampled value input from the first current integrator and a second sampled value input from the second current integrator while storing and holding the first and second sampled values.
Abstract:
An organic light emitting display, a method for driving the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are discussed. The organic light emitting display according to an embodiment includes a panel including subpixels each having a compensation circuit including a reference voltage supply transistor, which receives a reference voltage and initializes a node of a gate electrode of a driving transistor using the reference voltage, a scan driver supplying a scan signal to scan lines of the panel, a data driver supplying a data signal to data lines of the panel, a timing controller controlling the scan driver and the data driver, and a reference voltage compensation unit which varies the reference voltage on each scan line and supplies the reference voltage to the subpixels.
Abstract:
The present invention has been made in an effort to provide an organic light emitting display device comprising a panel; a power supply supplying power to the panel; a current detection unit detecting a current flowing through power line wiring of the panel and outputting the detected current; and a power controller comparing the detected current with a current value configured internally and outputting a shutdown signal which turns off the power supply if the detected current exceeds the predetermined current value.
