A disclosed touch sensor integrated display device includes a display panel; and a data drive circuit configured to set a gate-source voltage to turn on a driving TFT in the display panel by applying a data voltage for touch sensing to a gate node of the driving TFT through a data line and a reference voltage to a source node of the driving TFT through a sensing line, during a reset period based on a scan control signal and a sensing control signal, and to output a sensing value by sensing a change in a source-drain current of the driving TFT caused by touch input, during a sensing period subsequent to the reset period.

An organic light emitting display and method for driving the same are discussed. The organic light emitting display according to an embodiment includes a panel, drivers, and a short circuit detector. The short circuit detector forms a closed loop with a signal line, transmits input pulses through one end of the signal line and receives output pulses fed back through the other end of the signal line compares the input pulses and the output pulses.

The organic light emitting display according to an embodiment includes a panel including subpixels each having a compensation circuit including a reference voltage supply transistor, which receives a reference voltage and initializes a node of a gate electrode or a drain electrode of a driving transistor using the reference voltage, a scan driver supplying a scan signal to scan lines of the panel, a data driver supplying a data signal to data lines of the panel, a timing controller that controls the scan driver and the data driver, and a reference voltage compensation unit supplying the reference voltage including a reverse voltage opposite a ripple generated in the reference voltage to the subpixels and cancel the ripple.

An image quality compensation device for an organic light emitting display includes: a memory having first and second update blocks selectively storing first and second period compensation values, which are sequentially updated at regular intervals; and a timing controller that configures the first update block as either the current memory page for data loading or the next memory page for data writing and the second update block as the other one of the two, based on a preset check code, and updates the memory by calculating the second period compensation value with the passage of driving time based on the first period compensation value loaded from the update block configured as the current memory page, writing the second period compensation value to the update block configured as the next memory page, and then erasing the first period compensation value from the update block configured as the current memory page.
