Abstract: A transparent display panel and a transparent display device including the same are disclosed. In a transparent display panel, a VSS voltage line does not surround an outer periphery of a display region. Rather, upper and lower VSS voltage lines respectively disposed on upper and lower sides to the display region are electrically connected to each other via at least one VSS voltage connection line extending across the display region. Thus, left and right non-transparent and thick VSS voltage lines disposed on the left and right sides to the display region may be omitted. Thus, a transparent region of the transparent display panel and a bezel of a transparent display device may be increased or maximized or the bezel thereof may be made slim.

Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of sub pixels. At least one of the sub pixels may include a light emitting diode configured to emit light, a light emitting circuit configured to drive the light emitting diode, and a sensing circuit including a photo sensing transistor configured to sense light emitted from the light emitting diode. Accordingly, the light intensity of the sub pixel may be sensed by the sensing circuit in real time to compensate for a luminance deviation between the plurality of sub pixels.

Abstract: A transparent display panel has an auxiliary electrode region including a partition wall whose a width of a top face is larger than that of a bottom face thereof. The auxiliary electrode region is disposed on a line region within a display region. A second electrode of an organic light-emitting element and a VSS voltage connection line is electrically connected to each other via an auxiliary electrode, such that electrical resistance of the second electrode as a transparent electrode is reduced. Further, the auxiliary electrode region is formed on each of a plurality of line regions respectively including VSS voltage connection lines extending across the display region. Thus, a current is fed to each pixel in the display region in a smooth manner, such that luminance distribution across the panel is uniform.

Abstract: In a transparent display panel, a layer of each of a VSS voltage connection line and a VDD voltage connection line as a power line in a display region is different from a layer of a data line and a reference voltage connection line, while each of the VSS voltage connection line and the VDD voltage connection line partially overlaps the data line and the reference voltage connection line. Thus, an overall width of a line region may be reduced. Thus, an area of a pixel circuit region is reduced, such that an area of a transmissive region increases, thereby to increase an overall transmittance of the panel. Further, a width of each of the VSS voltage connection line and the VDD voltage connection line is large while reducing or minimizing an area of the line region in the display region. This reduces or minimizes occurrence of VDD drop or VSS rise, thereby to reduce luminance non-uniformity of the panel.

Abstract: A transparent display panel and a transparent display device including the same are disclosed. The transparent display panel includes a display region and a non-display region. The display region includes a plurality of light-emitting regions, a plurality of transmissive regions, a plurality of line regions spaced from each other and arranged in one direction, and a plurality of pixel circuit regions electrically connected to the light-emitting regions respectively to drive the light-emitting regions. Alternately-arranged adjacent line regions include alternately-arranged adjacent VSS voltage connection line and VDD voltage connection line, respectively. Thus, a new pixel arrangement structure that may increase or maximize a transparent area of a bezel and reduce or minimize a haze value without reducing transmittance of the display region may be realized.
