    Abstract: A flexible display device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The flexible display device comprises a first flexible substrate including a display area including an organic light emitting layer, and a peripheral circuit area, and a second flexible substrate coming in contact with the first flexible substrate and including a pattern for facilitating bending thereof, wherein the second flexible substrate has a certain shape according to the pattern, and the first flexible substrate has a shape corresponding to the certain shape. Various embodiments of the present invention provide a flexible display device capable of realizing a narrow bezel-type or bezel-free display device and simultaneously realizing improved types of design, facilitating bending of a bezel area so as to realize a narrow bezel-type or bezel-free display device, and minimizing damage to an area to be bent.

    Abstract: A display device, a backlight unit, a guide panel, and a flexible printed circuit, are disclosed which include a conductive pattern on a part of an outer surface of a guide panel or a folding portion formed by folding a side end portion of the flexible printed circuit. The conductive pattern or the folding portion is electrically connected to an electrode located below the display device. A simple structure is provided in which a signal output from a signal input medium positioned above the guide panel is easily transmitted to an electrode located below the display device through the conductive pattern of the guide panel or the folding portion of the flexible printed circuit.

    Abstract: Provided is a touch display device including a folding area in an active area. The same pattern of touch electrodes can be maintained in both a reference area and a folding area and cracks on touch electrodes in the folding area, by applying a pattern structure of a touch insulation film disposed in the folding area. Therefore, the degradation of touch sensing performance, caused by cracks on the touch electrodes in the folding area, can be prevented and touch sensing sensitivity can be uniform in the reference area and the folding area, thereby improving touch sensing performance of the touch display device including the folding area.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-display in which light emitting display apparatuses share information for varying a position of an image. The multi-display includes: at least two light emitting display apparatuses; and a distributing device distributing pieces of multi-image data transmitted from an external system to the light emitting display apparatuses, wherein a first controller controlling a function of a first light emitting display apparatus among the light emitting display apparatuses shares information for varying a position of an image with controllers controlling functions of the other light emitting display apparatuses. According to the multi-display of the present disclosure, even if the multi-image is shifted in various directions in order to prevent deterioration of the light emitting display apparatuses in the multi-display, a lossy image may be minimized or reduced.

    Abstract: Embodiments relate to a foldable display apparatus including a hinge providing supporting for a bending area of a flexible display panel. The flexible display panel includes a first flat display area and a second flat display area at both sides of a bending display area. A first rear cover provides support for the first flat display area and has a first edge. A second rear cover provides support for the second flat display area and has having a second edge facing the first edge and parallel to the first edge. The hinge includes rear hinge covers longitudinally extending parallel to the first edge and the second edge, and elastic axis members coupling the plurality of rear hinge covers in an interlocking and rotatable manner. The elastic axis members are deformed as the rear hinge covers make a relative movement by bending of the hinge.
