    Abstract: A touch display apparatus for sensing a touch of a user and/or a tool is provided. The touch display apparatus includes upper electrodes on emission areas. The upper electrodes may be separated by a separating partition on a separating area and a second opening of a bank insulating layer. Each of the upper electrodes may be connected to one of link wires, which are disposed between a device substrate and the bank insulating layer. Thus, in the touch display apparatus, a process for sensing the touch of the user and/or the tool may be simplified, and a process efficiency may be improved.

    Abstract: A touch display apparatus senses a touch of a user and/or a tool. In the touch display apparatus, an upper electrode of each light-emitting device may include a first electrode region overlapping with an emission area and a second electrode region being spaced away from the first electrode region. The second electrode region may be connected to a link wire different from the first electrode region. Thus, in the touch display apparatus, at least one of the first electrode region and the second electrode region of each upper electrode may be used for sensing the touch of the user and/or the tool. Therefore, in the touch display apparatus, a process of forming components for sensing the touch may be simplified.

    Abstract: A touch display apparatus sensing a touch of a user and/or a tool is provided. The touch display apparatus may include a light-emitting device including an upper electrode which extends in a first direction, an encapsulating element on the upper electrode, a touch wire on the encapsulating element and a link wire disposed between a device substrate and the light-emitting device, wherein the link wire is connected to the upper electrode of the light-emitting device, and wherein the touch wire includes a portion overlapping with the upper electrode of the light-emitting device. Thus, in the touch display apparatus, a process of forming components for sensing the touch may be simplified.

    Abstract: A transparent touch display apparatus includes a light-emitting device on an emission area of a device substrate and a touch electrode on a transmission area of the device substrate. The light-emitting device includes a first electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode. The touch electrode includes the same material as the second electrode. An encapsulating element is disposed on the light-emitting device and the touch electrode. An over-coat layer is disposed between the device substrate and the light-emitting device, and between the device substrate and the touch electrode. A first link wire electrically connected to the second electrode of the light-emitting device and a second link wire electrically connected to the touch electrode are disposed between the device substrate and the over-coat layer.
