Abstract: Disclosed is a planar lighting device and more particularly, a planar lighting device including a light emitting device. The planar lighting device includes a plurality of light sources arranged on a first surface of a circuit substrate, the light sources mounted thereon, a light regulator disposed in an edge of the first surface, the light regulator regulating luminance difference caused by difference in distance between a plurality of light sources close to the edge, and an optical sheet disposed on the light sources.
