摘要: Display panels and methods of manufacture are described for down converting a peak emission wavelength of a pump LED within a subpixel with a quantum dot layer. In some embodiments, pump LEDs with a peak emission wavelength below 500 nm, such as between 340 nm and 420 nm are used. QD layers in accordance with embodiments can be integrated into a variety of display panel structures including a wavelength conversion cover arrangement, QD patch arrangement, or QD layers patterned on the display substrate.

摘要: Some embodiments of the disclosure provide an LED light emitting device for a display device, and a display device, relate to the field of display technologies. The LED light emitting device includes a quantum dot film, a reflective filter layer, and at least one LED lamp, wherein the quantum dot film is arranged between the at least one LED lamp and the reflective filter layer; the at least one LED lamp is configured to emit light to excite a quantum dot material encapsulated in the quantum dot film to generate white backlight; and the reflective filter layer is configured to reflect light in a preset band and to transmit light outside the preset band, wherein the light in the preset band is light in a part of a band of the light emitted by the at least one LED lamp.

摘要: Disclosed herein are a back light unit including a quantum dot sheet capable of recycling light converted by quantum dots, and a display apparatus including the back light unit. The back light unit according to an example includes: a light source; and a quantum dot sheet configured to convert light generated in the light source into white light, wherein the quantum dot sheet includes a fluorescent member including quantum dots; a first barrier film disposed on the rear surface of the fluorescent member; and a second barrier film disposed on the front surface of the fluorescent member, and having a predetermined reflectivity to reflect the white light converted by the fluorescent member backward toward the fluorescent member.
