    摘要： Systems and methods for determining and sending a preferred of two electronic mail communications or messages (emails) to a group to increase likelihood of its review. Information for conducting a test between two emails, referred to as A email and B email, is collected. The information may identify a particular group, and segments A and B of the group. The information may provide content for the emails and include differentiation information between the emails. Determination information on how to select one of the emails as the preferred email and when to select the preferred email may be collected. The information is used to send the A email to the segment A, to send the B email to the segment B, to determine the preferred email between the A email and the B email, and to send the preferred email to at least a portion of the particular group.

    摘要： A waste storage device includes a container (21) in which a cassette (1) is mounted. Tubing (2) is pulled through the center of the cassette (1) to store packages (35) separated by twists. The cassette (1) is rotated relative to the container (21) to provide the twists between packages (35) by virtue of a rotatable disk (100) and user grip portion (102). The package is gripped against rotation by a gripper diaphragm (120) and is guided towards a wall of the container by a guide diaphragm (122) to prevent untwisting between packages.

A first display is situated on the first side for use by the customer and a second display is situated on the second side for use by a bartender. One aspect of the restaurant system includes a mobile kiosk system that includes a rail having distal and proximate ends and extends therebetween. The electronic kiosk includes a base that extends adjacent the rail. Inductive or conductive electrical components transmit an electrical current to power a processor, input device, and output device of the kiosk. The base is movable only along the rail between the rail distal and proximate ends.

    摘要： A method of generating a search result list in response to a search request from a searcher, comprising: (a) maintaining a database of search listings each associated with an advertiser, wherein each search listing is associated with; (i) a network location or other contact information; (ii) at least one search term; and (iii) an advertiser bid amount that is modifiable according to a comparison between a geographical location specified by a searcher and geographical location attributes specified by the advertiser; (b) receiving a search request from the searcher; (c) identifying the search listings having search terms generating a match with the search request; (d) ordering the identified search listings into a search result list in accordance with an algorithm applied to each search listing which algorithm includes a location variable component having a value that depends upon the geographical location attributes specified by the advertiser compared to a location specified by the searcher; (e) receiving a request from the searcher to retrieve information associated with a search listing in the search result list generated at step (d); and (f) recording the retrieval request event including account identification information corresponding to the advertiser and calculating an advertiser charge amount based upon the advertiser bid amount, to permit maintenance of accurate advertiser account records.
