    摘要： A vibration sensor includes a vibration body, a drive circuit that vibrates the vibration body, a sense circuit that refers to a reference signal associated with a drive signal for the drive circuit and detects a physical state of the vibration body on the basis of a sense signal related to vibration of the vibration body, and a capacitor provided between the drive circuit and ground. The capacitor has a temperature characteristic of a capacitance value defined so as to compensate for at least a part of the temperature characteristic of a sensitivity of the sense signal to the vibration of the vibration body.

    摘要： An acceleration sensor includes a weight and a vibrator that supports the weight at its center of gravity. When acceleration is applied to the weight, stress equivalent to the applied acceleration is generated in the vibrator. As the vibrator is arranged to support the weight at its center of gravity, a characteristic relationship is observed between the acceleration, such as angular acceleration or translational acceleration, and the size of electric charges and the polarity. By taking advantage of this relationship, different types of acceleration can be easily detected.

    摘要： An angular velocity sensor is provided that includes a frame, an oscillator and torsion bars that connect the oscillator to the frame. The frame, the oscillator and the torsion bar are formed integral with each other by etching a material substrate in the thickness direction of the substrate. The oscillator, configured in the form of an H, includes a support, two first arms and two second arms. These arms extend from the support in an arm-extending direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the substrate. The oscillator includes a mounting surface that is provided with a piezoelectric driver for generating in-plane oscillation of the oscillator, and with a piezoelectric detector for detecting out-of-plane oscillation of the oscillator.
