The capacitor has a temperature characteristic of a capacitance value defined so as to compensate for at least a part of the temperature characteristic of a sensitivity of the sense signal to the vibration of the vibration body.

    摘要: Air fuel ratio sensor for use in an exhaust gas purification system for an internal combustion engine. The sensor has an outer and inner cover 12 and 13 for protection of lead wires 16, 18 and 19 to a detecting element 3 and a heater 5 of the sensor, a rubber seal for 2 for obtaining a sealing between the covers and the lead wires and a water repellent filter 36 for obtaining a seal between the inner and outer covers 12 and 13, while keeping an air ventilation capability of the space inside the covers. For receiving the lead wires 16, 18 and 19, the seal 2 is formed with holes 20such that the minimum thickness between the holes and the minimum thickness between the hole and an outer surface of the seal is 1 mm or more. A crimping of the outer cover 12 is done so that a deformation of the seal 2 in a range between 10 to 20% of the outer diameter is obtained.A crimping of the outer cover 12 is further done at a first section 12A at a larger force for fixation of the outer cover 12 to the inner cover 12 and at a second section 12B at a smaller force for holding the water repellent filter 36 between the outer and inner covers. In the crimping, the crimping at the first section is completed simultaneously or earlier from the completion of the crimping at the second section.

    摘要: An air fuel ratio sensor has a sensor element having a sensing portion and a flange portion in contact with a tapered portion of an accommodation hole of a housing. The sensor element is hot crimped at a hot crimping portion of a housing. At least the hot crimping portion is made of a ferritic stainless steel formed by cold forging and having a composition content comprising a total amount of C and N impurities of 0.03 wt % or below. The average hot crimping temperature of the housing is performed at lower than 1000.degree. C. as applied for a time period of one second or less.

And a device for forming a ultrafine particle film of compound has a vessel for forming a reactive gas atmosphere, an evaporation source for retaining and heating a material to be evaporated, which is provided in the bottom portion within the vessel, a base plate on which ultrafine particles of compound are to be deposited and which is provided in the upper portion within the vessel so as to be opposed to the evaporation source in the vertical direction, and a gas introducing pipe for supplying a reactive gas into the vessel, which has a gas injection port positioned in an interaction area adjacent to the evaporation source.
