摘要： A unit including one or more circuits a first circuit includes a first circuit, a first capacitor, a charge storage, and a charge supplier. The first capacitor is for stabilizing operation of the first circuit. The charge storage stores an electrical charge prior to startup of the first circuit. The charge supplier charges the first capacitor at the time of startup of the first circuit, by means of supplying the first capacitor with the electrical charge stored in the charge storage.
