Abstract: A method for controlling and switching operational modes of an additional lamp for a vehicle includes confirming a pre-set operating mode of the additional lamp. The additional lamp is switched from the pre-set operating mode to another operating mode only when a continuous first signal and intermittent plural second signals come from the vehicle. When the brake is operating and the additional lamp is in a non-flickering mode, the additional lamp generates non-flickering light. When the brake is operating and the additional lamp is in the flickering mode, the additional lamp generates flickering light. The additional lamp is turned off when the braking operation stops. When the braking operation continues and the additional lamp is in the flickering mode, the additional lamp keeps outputting flickering light. When the braking operation continues and the additional lamp is in the non-flickering mode, the additional lamp keeps outputting non-flickering light.

Abstract: A method of designing an integrated circuit includes defining at least one dummy layer covering at least one of a portion of a first metallic layer and a portion of a second metallic layer of an integrated circuit. The second metallic layer is disposed over the first metallic layer. The first metallic layer, the second metallic layer and a gate electrode of the integrated circuit have a same routing direction. A logical operation is performed to a file corresponding to the at least one of the portion of the first metallic layer and the portion of the second metallic layer covered by the dummy layer so as to size at least one of the portion of the first metallic layer and the portion of the second metallic layer.

Abstract: A nebulization apparatus with a packaging and fixing structure includes a piezoelectric driving device, an adhesive agent, a nebulization plate, a packaging layer and a fixing base. A ditch at the piezoelectric driving device is provided for filling an adhesive agent and installing the nebulization plate that is fixed to the driving device by the adhesive agent. The packaging layer covers the piezoelectric driving device. The fixing base fixes the piezoelectric driving device. Preferably, the packaging layer is made of a polymer material for insulating moisture and preventing short circuits of the piezoelectric driving device. The ditch and the adhesive agent enhance the attaching strength of the piezoelectric driving device and the nebulization plate to extend the life of the nebulization apparatus, and the adhesive agent can electrically insulate the nebulization plate and the piezoelectric driving device, such that the nebulization plate will have no electrochemical action with the liquid.
