    摘要: A nebulization apparatus with a packaging and fixing structure includes a piezoelectric driving device, an adhesive agent, a nebulization plate, a packaging layer and a fixing base. A ditch at the piezoelectric driving device is provided for filling an adhesive agent and installing the nebulization plate that is fixed to the driving device by the adhesive agent. The packaging layer covers the piezoelectric driving device. The fixing base fixes the piezoelectric driving device. Preferably, the packaging layer is made of a polymer material for insulating moisture and preventing short circuits of the piezoelectric driving device. The ditch and the adhesive agent enhance the attaching strength of the piezoelectric driving device and the nebulization plate to extend the life of the nebulization apparatus, and the adhesive agent can electrically insulate the nebulization plate and the piezoelectric driving device, such that the nebulization plate will have no electrochemical action with the liquid.

    摘要: A nozzle plate and an atomizing module using the nozzle plate are disclosed. The atomizing module is installed at a cavity and includes a piezoelectric circular plate, a braking circular plate and a nozzle plate. The braking circular plate is installed on a side of the piezoelectric circular plate. The nozzle plate is a circular disc clamped between the piezoelectric circular plate and the braking circular plate, and the nozzle plate includes firing holes and first protrusions. Each first protrusion is non-circular and protruded in a direction towards the piezoelectric circular plate or the braking circular plate to form a multi-curved surface structure radially or circularly arranged into a specific geometric pattern. The nozzle plate can increase the atomizing area, atomizing quantity and liquid-gas exchange rate to prevent excessive stresses from concentrating at the center of the nozzle plate or vibrations from cracking or breaking the nozzle plate.

    摘要: The present invention discloses an atomization structure comprising a carrier, a cover plate, a piezoelectric driving device and an atomization piece. The carrier includes at least one first support portion, the cover plate comprises at least one second support portion, and the carrier is covered by the plate covers. The piezoelectric driving device is disposed between the carrier and the cover plate, the atomization piece is clamped by one end of the piezoelectric driving device.     摘要: An electrical connection structure for use in a micro piezoelectric pump is disclosed. The electrical connection structure includes a driving circuit board and a multilayered wiring structure. The electrical connection structure includes the driving circuit board, the wiring structure, and a piezoelectric element arranged from top to bottom. The driving circuit board is provided with a driving circuit for driving the piezoelectric element and at least an electrical contact, wherein the electrical contacts are electrically connected to the driving circuit. A first electrode contact region and a second electrode contact region electrically insulated from each other are defined on the same surface of the piezoelectric element.
