    Abstract: A four position interlacing apparatus includes an interlace mirror of electromagnetic material, and an interlace mirror support member of magnetic material having a faceted surface for supporting the interlace mirror. The supporting surface has a centrally disposed ridge from which a pair of downwardly sloping facets extend at first preselected interlace angles to form ridges with a pair of downwardly sloping facets extending therefrom at second preselected interlace angles, and a corresponding plurality of bars of non-magnetic material for dividing each facet between the ridges to form a plurality of magnetic core members. Each bar of non-magnetic material extending vertically downward to aperture forming walls of the support member, said support member having solid reel bars formed in the apertures with a plurality of coils surrounding the reel bars. A control circuit selectively energizes the coils first in one direction to magnetize the cores in a preselected order to draw the interlace mirror to the energized facet and in an opposite direction to assist in the movement of the interlace mirror to the next selected facet.

    Abstract: An insulated door comprising a door shell having spaced first and second exterior panels. The door includes a plurality of stiffeners bonded to a liner panel, with thermal insulation between adjacent stiffeners, disposed within the door shell. The liner panel may extend along one side of the stiffeners and the thermal insulation along the liner panel between the stiffeners and the first and second exterior panels. The stiffeners and the liner panel are preferably made of steel and the stiffeners are welded to the liner panel. The stiffeners are preferably not welded to the first and second exterior panels of the door shell. The liner panel is preferably insertable into the first or second exterior panels of the door shell. The insulation material fills substantially all of the space between the liner panel and one of the first or second exterior panels.

    Abstract: A modular tibial implant includes a tibial baseplate having a top surface, a bottom surface, and first and second openings extending between the top and bottom surfaces, and a bone engaging element having a distal end, a proximal end, and a longitudinal axis extending between the distal and proximal ends, the proximal end of the bone engaging element having a threaded opening alignable with the first opening of the tibial baseplate and a post insertible into the second opening of the tibial baseplate. The implant include a threaded fastener insertible into the aligned first opening and threaded opening, wherein the threaded fastener is rotatable for securing the proximal end of the bone engaging element to the bottom surface of the tibial baseplate, and a cam element insertible into the second opening of the tibial baseplate for engaging the post. The cam element is rotatable for moving the baseplate relative to the bone engaging element along an axis that traverses the longitudinal axis of the bone engaging element.
