摘要： A rotary impact tool including a motor having a motor shaft that produces a rotational output to drive a gear assembly and a drive assembly driven by the gear assembly. The drive assembly including a hammer coupled to the motor shaft and an anvil configured to receive an impact from the hammer. The rotary impact tool includes a torque stick coupled to the anvil and configured to limit the amount of deliverable torque to a workpiece in accordance with a torsional stiffness of the torque stick, a position sensor to detect angular displacement of the anvil, and a controller in electrical communication with the position sensor. The controller calculates torque delivered to the workpiece from the impact by multiplying the torsional stiffness of the torque stick and the signal from the position sensor, and control the motor based on the torque delivered to the workpiece.

The hand tool may include a first jaw portion and a second jaw portion having a spring constant more than about 2,225 lbs./in., measured when a force is applied in a direction parallel to the pivot axis to an associated jaw tip with a pivot member being held. 摘要： A hard hat attachment system is described with front, back, and side mounts to support various accessories. Mounts of hard hat receive slots of a bracket that fit around the ridges. Auxiliary ridges receive clips within ports. The user customizes the hard hat for the particular task with the preferred accessories used to complete the job. For example, lamps, face-shields, reflectors, tool carriers, and eyeglass holders are interchangeably releasably coupled to mounting and/or auxiliary ridges on the hard hat. In this way, the hard hat is customized and/or modified to support a wide variety of accessories that are securely and releasably attached to mounting and/or auxiliary ridges without destructive alterations to the hard hat. Brackets couple to mounts and clips couple to ports to secure and/or lock various accessories in place during operation and prevent accidental knocks or jarring the accessory loose.
