A mobile terminal includes: a plurality of communication interfaces that are respectively correlated to at least one of a plurality of radio access schemes; and a communication unit that communicates using at least one of the plurality of communication interfaces. The communication unit communicates using a communication interface correlated to a radio access scheme selected based upon a communication fee corresponding to a communication volume and upon a sort of an application used for communication.

A process allocation control device achieves efficient control of satisfactorily utilizing an accelerator included in an information processing device by including: a reception unit that receives a request to execute a process, which can be executed by a plurality of processors having different configurations and has different characteristics of performance exhibited through execution by the different processors; a detection unit that detects the states of the plurality of processors; and an allocation unit that allocates execution of the process to at least one of the plurality of processors on the basis of the states of the plurality of processors and the characteristics of the process.

An information processing system according to the present invention includes: a relay device communicates with a server through a first communication line and a device through a second communication line, and relays data between the first communication line and the second communication line; an auxiliary relay device communicates with the server through a third communication line and the device through the second communication line, and relays data between the third communication line and the second communication line; and a management device detects a failure on the first communication line and controls the auxiliary relay device in such a way as to establish an alternative communication channel by using the third communication line and the auxiliary relay device when the failure is detected and to deliver the auxiliary relay device to a location where the auxiliary relay device is connected to the second communication line.

To provide a terminal device capable of preventing user-unintended communication from being made. A communication control means 91 controls a packet transfer means for transmitting a packet. An instruction information giving means 92 gives instruction information indicating an instruction for the communication control means 91 to the communication control means 91. The communication control means 91 sends a flow detection notification that it detected a new flow to the instruction information giving means 92 when detecting the new flow. The instruction information giving means 92 determines whether to permit the flow to be communicated when receiving the flow detection notification. When determining to permit communication, the instruction information giving means 92 then gives instruction information for instructing to transmit a packet of the flow in a path as an access network designated by the instruction information giving means 92 to the communication control means 91.
