    Abstract: A control device configured to predict prediction information based on in-operation time-series data with use of a learning device, the learning device being trained, during training, (i) with time-series data, using as training data, in which pieces of radio quality information of respective antennas that are disposed in a distributed manner and that perform wireless communications with a terminal device are arranged in time series, and (ii) with assignment information, using as training data, that includes information about the antenna assigned, from the training data, to the wireless communications after a predetermined length of time, wherein the in-operation time-series data being the time-series data acquired during operation, and the prediction information including information about the antenna to be assigned, from the in-operation time-series data, to the wireless communications after the predetermined length of time.

    Abstract: A transmission apparatus recognition apparatus includes a storage unit that stores K sets of template feature groups for estimating K (an integer of 2 or more) kinds of information indicative of a transmission apparatus, a degree-of-similarity calculation unit that generates an i (an integer of 1 to K)-th sample feature from a radio feature, and calculates an i-th degree-of-similarity group, based on the i-th sample feature and an i-th set of the template feature group, a summed degree-of-similarity calculation unit that calculates a summed degree of similarity by summing K degrees of similarity by using an i-th weighting factor with respect to 1 to K of i, and an estimation unit that estimates that K information pieces, which are correlated in advance with calculation sources of K degrees of similarity having the summed degree of similarity that is highest, are information indicative of the transmission apparatus.

    Abstract: It is possible to improve recognition accuracy of an unknown transmission apparatus. A system inputs n pieces of first information (an unknown signal or a radio feature thereof), inputs the n pieces of first information to a supervised learning model that has been learned with respect to a known signal, and extracts n sample features. The system performs clustering processing on the n sample features. The system inputs m pieces of estimation target information to be estimated by an estimation apparatus that performs processing different from the clustering processing on the n unknown signals or radio features thereof, and acquires M pieces of estimation information. The system generates a relationship matrix indicating a relationship between a result classified into K groups by the clustering processing and the M pieces of estimation information.

    Abstract: A processing device allocates processing resources to a communication processing and an application processing and executes at least the communication processing and the application processing. The processing device includes: a communication interface and at least one processor that operates to execute a scheduling processing that allocates communication processing resources that are at least a part of the processing resources to the communication processing in a preferential manner and a billing processing that bills a user of the application processing according to a usage amount of processing resources used for the application processing. The application processing includes a non-priority application processing processable in a non-preferential manner. The scheduling processing is capable of allocating, when a load on the communication processing resources does not reach a predetermined threshold, the communication processing resources to the non-priority application processing. The billing processing bills for the non-priority application processing at a usage fee of the communication processing resources more inexpensive.
