Abstract: Method, device and computer readable medium are disclosed for supporting satellite access. The registration management entity of the network determines information regarding which beam covering the location of the terminal device and the corresponding timing; the terminal device triggers a registration update based on the information determined by the registration management entity. Thus, the method, device and computer readable medium can introduce less modification to the network and have good compatibility.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, a device and a computer readable medium for IPv6 address management in an IAB system. The method comprises obtaining an IPv6 prefix for an IAB node in the IAB system, the prefix being associated with the donor central unit or a donor distributed unit in the IAB system; determining an interface identity for the IAB node; and generating, based on the Internet Protocol Version 6, IPv6, prefix and the interface identity, an IPv6 address for the IAB node for communication between the donor central unit and the IAB node. As a result, IPv6 address management for an IAB node in an IAB system is implemented.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods and devices for adaptive media service. In example embodiments, a base station determines a throughput estimate associated with at least one terminal device served by the base station. The base station sends an indication of the determined throughput estimate, directly or indirectly, to one of the at least one terminal device to enable the terminal device to determine, based on the determined throughput estimate, a way for processing a media segment to be received via the base station from an application server. In this way, the media service delivery may be adapted dynamically and efficiently.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatus and computer program products for providing broadcast/multicast services. A method at least partially implemented at an application server comprises transmitting a resource request message to a first broadcast/multicast control node (BM-CN), requesting an allocation of broadcast resource for delivering a multimedia broadcast/multicast service (MBMS) user service; transmitting a further resource request message to a second BM-CN, requesting a further allocation of broadcast resource for delivering the MBMS user service; receiving a first response message from the first BM-CN and a second response message from the second BM-CN, the first response message indicating a first broadcast resource allocated by the first BM-CN for the MBMS user service, and the second response message indicating a second broadcast resource allocated by the second BM-CN for the MBMS user service; and indicating information about the second broadcast resource to the first BM-CN and/or indicating information about the first broadcast resource to the second BM-CN. Methods at the BM-CN and a RAN network node, and corresponding apparatus are also provided.
