摘要: An implant having a base body comprised entirely or partially of a biocorrodible metallic material and in which at least the parts of the base body comprising the biocorrodible metallic material are covered entirely or partially with a coating which contains or is comprised of the polymer. At least 90% of the total number of polymer units of the polymer comprise polymer units of formula (1) and polymer units of formula (2) wherein R1 is alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxyalkyl or cycloalkyl; R2 is a silyl radical that is hydrolyzable in artificial plasma; R3 is hydrogen or methyl, and n+m=10 to 20,000, such that the ratio of n to m is in the range of 1:9 to 9:1.
