Abstract: An endoscopic treatment instrument includes a pressing tube with an insertion lumen; a clip main body that has a first arm being inserted into the insertion lumen; a second arm fixed to the pressing tube; and an operation wire connected to the clip main body to move it with respect to the pressing tube, wherein the first arm approaches the second arm while being moved to a proximal end side of the pressing tube, in an initial state before the clip main body is pulled by the operation wire, a position of a distal end of the first arm is more distal than a position of a distal end of the second arm, and the distal end of the first arm is approaches the distal end portion of the second arm when the clip main body is pulled to the proximal end side of the pressing tube.

Abstract: A clip device includes a restraining tube having an insertion passage with a first arm part and a second arm part facing each other and disposed within the insertion passage and configured to protrude from the restraining tube. The clip device further includes an operation wire configured to move the first arm part. A first stopper is engaged to the first arm part and a second stopper is engaged to the second arm part. The first stopper is disposed in a region closer to a distal end of the restraining tube than the second stopper. The first stopper is configured to, in response to the operation wire moving from the distal end of the restraining tube to a proximal end of the restraining tube, move relative to the second stopper, contact the second stopper, and move in contact with the second stopper.

Abstract: A medical device, a clip unit, and a method for indwelling a clip unit. The medical device includes a treatment portion, an operation wire that can operate the treatment portion, and a link that can releasably connect the treatment portion and the operation wire. The link includes a hook that includes first and second deformation portions, and a base that can be releasably coupled to the hook. The first deformation portion is capable of being deformed by movement of the operation wire, and the second deformation portion is capable of being deformed by further movement of the operation portion after the first deformation portion is deformed.
