    Abstract: An equipment service graphical interface is provided. An entity and an entity location of a plurality of equipment are identified. A data repository is accessed that includes a plurality of equipment servicing data associated with the equipment at the entity location. A map image is output on a graphical user interface including one or more icons indicating one or more equipment locations and status of the equipment based on the equipment servicing data from the data repository. One or more equipment status details are selectively displayed on the graphical user interface responsive to a detected user input action.

    Abstract: A method for monitoring thresholds for performance attributes in an elevator system is provided. Aspects includes collecting, by a sensor affixed to an elevator car, sensor data associated with the elevator system wherein the sensor data comprises one or more performance attribute values for a set of performance attributes of the elevator system. Obtaining a threshold profile associated with the elevator system, wherein the threshold profile comprises thresholds for each performance attribute in the set of performance attributes of the elevator system. Comparing the one or more performance attribute values to corresponding thresholds for the set of performance attributes and transmitting an alert for any of the one or more performance attribute values exceeding the corresponding thresholds for the set of performance attributes.

    Abstract: A lone worker system for performing a safety check is provided. The lone worker system includes a mobile device. The mobile device includes a sensor and a memory storing a safety check application thereon and a processor. The processor is coupled to the memory and executes the safety check application under a motion mode including an active tracking of a fall motion event by the sensor. In response to the fall motion event being detected during the active tracking, the processor operates a count utilizing a timer of the safety check application. If the count exceeds a predetermined amount of time, the safety check application enters an emergency mode to execute an emergency alert.
