摘要: An elevator system having elevator cars in a building, the system having: a first elevator car of the elevator cars configured to execute a self-diagnostic routine, wherein the first elevator car is configured to: instruct a subset of the elevator cars to enter an idle mode and analyze data shared by the first elevator car; process the operational data among the subset of the elevator cars; process the operational data among the subset of the elevator cars; collect operational data; share the operational data among the subset of the elevator cars; receive from the subset of the elevator cars an analysis of the operational data that is indicative of an operational state of the first elevator car; determine that a fault condition exists when the operational state is outside a threshold; and automatically execute a predetermined response upon when the first elevator car determines that the fault condition exists.

摘要: A mobile device and a method are used for monitoring a safety chain of an elevator, wherein the safety chain consists of more than one member that are connected electrically in series. The mobile device includes a signal sender, a signal receiver, a timer and a processor and is adapted to connect to an end of the safety chain. The signal sender generates and feeds a first pulse signal into the safety chain, the signal receiver detects a second pulse signal coming out of the safety chain when the safety chain is electrically interrupted, the timer measures the time period between the feeding the first pulse signal and the detecting the second pulse signal, and the processor identifies a member with regard to the time period that has electrically interrupted the safety chain.

摘要: An elevator monitoring system for monitoring an elevator system includes a wireless mesh network. The wireless mesh network includes a first group of node devices including a plurality of first node devices configured to be constantly on, a second group of node devices comprising a plurality of second node devices, and a control node device. At least one of the plurality of second node devices belonging to the second group of node devices is configured to relay elevator related monitoring data from at least one other second node device belonging to the second group of node devices, when the second group of node devices are on. The control node device is configured to control the second group of node devices to turn on and to enter the sleep state on demand. A method for monitoring an elevator system and an elevator system are also disclosed.

摘要: A fault detection method and device for elevator power equipment and an elevator system. The method includes acquiring running speed data of an actuator in the elevator power equipment, and using the corresponding running speed data when the elevator is at a first speed and within a preset duration as target data; obtaining time-domain signal data of acceleration by calculation according to the target data, obtaining frequency-domain signal data of acceleration by conversion according to the time-domain signal data; comparing peak frequencies that form waveform peaks in the frequency-domain signal data with characteristic frequencies of the elevator power equipment, and determining the elevator power equipment to be faulty when at least one first frequency is detected in the peak frequencies, wherein the first frequency matches one of the characteristic frequencies and the amplitude thereof exceeds a preset threshold.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a method for monitoring a door rail of an elevator system is provided which comprises operating the elevator system to at least partially open a door, and to close the door at a slow speed, detecting that a door switch is closed and sending a signal when the time it takes for the door switch to close is over a predetermined value. The method for monitoring may be periodically commanded by an elevator control system.

摘要: The invention relates to an elevator system for observing a misoperation. The elevator system comprises an observation unit and a processing unit. The observation unit is configured to obtain data representing movement of an elevator car during a predetermined time interval and transmit the obtained data to the processing unit. The processing unit is configured to receive and store the data representing the movement of the elevator car, generate at least one statistical parameter from the received data, compare the at least one generated statistical parameter to at least one previously stored statistical parameter of the corresponding time interval, and generate a signal indicating a misoperation in response to a detection that the at least one generated statistical parameter deviates from the corresponding previously stored statistical parameter over a predetermined limit. The invention also relates to a method for observing a misoperation.

摘要: The present invention relates to maintenance of a passenger transport system. An apparatus for maintaining a passenger transport system according to the present invention includes a wireless beacon and a personal mobile terminal. The wireless beacon is mounted substantially at a registration entrance for entering the passenger transport system to perform a maintenance operation and configured to broadcast a wireless signal to the surrounding area. The personal mobile terminal is carried by the maintenance operator and configured to sense the wireless signal when the maintenance operator approaches the wireless beacon. At least one of the wireless beacon and the personal mobile terminal is configured to automatically generate and send, based on successful sensing of the wireless signal by the personal mobile terminal, maintenance register information indicating that the corresponding maintenance operator has checked into a maintenance operation process. The present invention can significantly simplify the check-in operation.

摘要: According to an aspect, a method of elevator sensor system calibration includes collecting, by a computing system, a plurality of data from one or more sensors of an elevator sensor system while a calibration device applies a known excitation. The computing system compares an actual response to an expected response to the known excitation using a trained model. The computing system performs analytics model calibration to calibrate the trained model based on one or more response changes between the actual response and the expected response.
