Abstract:
Loudspeaker has frame, magnetic circuit, voice coil, diaphragm, first combination and second combination. First combination and second combination are both provided closer to magnetic circuit than diaphragm, the inner rims of which are connected to voice coil while the outer rims are to frame. First combination has first damper and first edge wherein first edge has first edge protrusion protruding in a direction toward diaphragm. Second combination has second damper and second edge wherein second edge has second edge protrusion protruding in an opposite direction to the protruding direction of first edge protrusion This structure obtains loudspeaker that distortion is suppressed and weight reduction is easy for an excursion part thus improved in driving efficiency.
Abstract:
Voice coil body of a loudspeaker is provided at the outer circumferential wall surface with a supporting section. Diameter of the inner circumference of suspension holder is greater than outer diameter of the voice coil body while diameter of the inner circumference of diaphragm is greater than diameter of the inner circumference of suspension holder for facilitating a gluing of the inner circumferential end of suspension holder and the inner circumferential end of diaphragm on the supporting section and to the voice coil body. By so doing, harmonic distortion of a loudspeaker can be further reduced.
Abstract:
A loudspeaker is provided, which has a configuration in which suspension holder extending in a cylindrical shape widening downward is provided on the rear surface of diaphragm so as to be integrated with diaphragm, and the periphery of suspension holder is coupled to frame via second edge. With such a configuration, adhesion work between the suspension holder and the diaphragm as well as heating and drying work of adhesive are not required, thus enabling the productivity to be considerably improved and production equipment and space to be reduced.
Abstract:
The invention is intended to enhance the driving efficiency in a speaker being less in distortion. In order to achieve the purpose, there is provided a damper disposed rather closer to a magnetic circuit than the diaphragm, of which the inner rim is connected to a voice coil body, and the outer rim of the damper is connected to the frame via the second edge. The second edge is protruded toward the diaphragm or the opposite side thereof. The damper has such a structure that the first protrusion protruding toward the diaphragm and the second protrusion protruding in a direction opposite to the first protrusion are alternately repeated in a plurality of times, and the first protrusion and the second protrusion are different in size from each other. The smaller protrusion out of the first and second protrusions is same in protruding direction as the second edge.
Abstract:
A loudspeaker includes a frame; a magnetic circuits supported by the frame; a voice coil disposed in a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit so as to be able to vibrate freely in the gap; a diaphragms connected to the frame at the outer rim thereof via a first edge and connected to the voice coil at the inner rim thereof; a damper connected to the voice coil at the inner rim thereof, the damper being closer to the magnetic circuit than the diaphragm is close to the magnetic circuit; and a second edge connecting the outer rim of the damper to the frame. The second edge has a protrusion protruding either toward the diaphragm or in the opposite direction. The second edge is coupled to a third edge having a protrusion protruding at least in the opposite direction in which the protrusion of the second edge protrudes. This structure enables the loudspeaker to have little distortion and high driving efficiency.
Abstract:
An apparatus for continuously washing a fabric with water while causing the fabric to travel in a zigzag path and to be immersed many times in washing water, which comprises a washing assembly located above one or more fabric-introducing rolls and below one or more fabric-withdrawing rolls. The washing assembly comprises a plurality of washing units arranged in a vertical multi-stage form, each washing unit comprising a vessel for containing washing water, first and second dipping rolls located in the washing water vessel and first and second guide rolls spaced from the washing water vessel and respectively corresponding to the first and second dipping rolls, the first dipping roll and the second guide roll being located between the second dipping roll and the first guide rolls, in such a manner that a portion of the peripheral surface of the first guide roll, from which portion the fabric leaves the first guide roll, is located above a portion of the peripheral surface of the first dipping roll, with which portion of the first dipping roll the fabric comes into contact, and a portion of the peripheral surface of the second guide roll, from which portion the fabric leaves the second guide roll, is located above a portion of the peripheral surface of the second dipping roll, with which portion of the second dipping roll the fabric comes into contact.
Abstract:
A leader line of a voice coil from a conductive wire part is drawn out from a part between a diaphragm coupling part and a part disposed in the magnetic gap toward a frame in a non-contact state with a diaphragm. One end side of the second edge made of an elastic body is coupled to a part between a drawing part of the leader line on the voice coil and a part of the voice coil disposed in the magnetic gap. The other end side of the second edge is coupled to the frame. A suspension holder is integrated with the proximity of a coupling part of the second edge to the voice coil. The suspension holder is stuck to the voice coil using an adhesive. The disturbance of the movement of the voice coil can be reduced.
Abstract:
A speaker diaphragm includes a fabric layer in which impregnated thermosetting resin is thermally cured, and a paper layer integrated on a rear face of this fabric layer. Fluffs of the paper layer filling stitches of the fabric layer are entangled with threads of the fabric layer from a surface of the fabric layer, and are firmly fixed by thermosetting resin. This integrates the layers in the state that the paper layer is filled in the stitches of the fabric layer. Accordingly, internal loss and Young's modulus of the speaker diaphragm can be increased. As a result, the speaker sound quality can be improved.
Abstract:
In a speaker, a first space enclosed by the surface of a second edge close to a magnetic circuit body, a suspension holder), the outer circumferential surface of a voice coil body, the magnetic circuit body, and a frame is airtight to the atmosphere outside the speaker, to make a first space function as an air suspension. The voice coil body is supported with a first edge and a second edge, and with the aid of the springiness of gas inside a first space. Hence, an equivalent, low Young's modulus can be set to the first edge and the second. Consequently, deformation of the diaphragm connected to the first edge is reduced during sound reproduction, thereby reducing disturbance in frequency response in the middle and high ranges.
Abstract:
A diaphragm has a through-hole for fixing a voice coil at its center part, and has a fixing part of an edge at its outer periphery which is substantially circular. The shape of the outer periphery of diaphragm is formed as follows: a first circle and a second circle overlap each other with their center points displaced in such a manner that at least one part of an outer periphery of the first circle and the second circle forms a part of the substantially circular outer periphery of the entire shape. Using this structure, signal reproduction characteristics can significantly be flattened by reducing the resonance level.
