    摘要: A display for on-site visualization of conditions of an automated process is disclosed. It comprises a display controller which at least temporarily provides a state indication signal representing a constellation of states of at least two process data signals. At least one of the two process data signals is derived from a signal generated externally to the field device. The field device has a display element which responds to a change in the state indication signal with a significant change in its appearance, thus signaling the constellation of the states of the two process data signals in a visually perceptible manner. Therefore, the field device is particularly suited for on-site monitoring of entire plants or sections thereof by operating personnel.

    摘要: A camera for optically capturing a screen, wherein the screen has an area and wherein a predetermined overall resolution is provided for the optical capture, comprises a camera support with an array of camera mounts, an array of optical individual cameras as well as an image processing device for processing digital individual images of the array of optical individual cameras to generate the optical capture of the screen with the predetermined overall resolution. The image processing device is effective to reduce a correction of the individual images with regard to alignment inaccuracies and/or parameter variations, wherein for correction purposes a correction resolution is used, which is higher than the overall resolution, and wherein for every individual camera an individual correction rule is used for the correction. After the correction has been performed, the corrected overall image is brought to the predetermined overall resolution by combining adjacent pixels. Thereby, with inexpensive individual cameras, an image of a large-format screen is obtained efficiently, inexpensively and with little artifacts.

    摘要: The invention proposes a coupling mechanism (1) for relatively movable elements (2, 3) of a switchable cam follower (4) of a valve train of an internal combustion engine, a high lift being obtainable upon coupling of said elements (2, 3) and a lift smaller than the high lift being obtainable upon uncoupling of said elements (2, 3), a first one (2) of said elements comprising a guide bore (5) for at least one coupling piston (6) which, for achieving coupling, can be displaced partly beyond a parting surface (7) between said elements (2, 3) into an aligned reception (8) of a second one (3) of said elements, wherein upon cam lift and coupling of said elements (2, 3), a contact zone (9) between the piston (6) and the reception (8) is clearly spaced from an edge section (10) of the reception (8) on the parting surface (7). This can be implemented in practice, for instance, through a special “backwards” oriented flattened portion (14) on the piston (6). Material loading on the edge section (10) is thus avoided.

Concentrically arranged within the cup (1) is an inner element (6) whose casing (9) bears against the bead (5, 21). A hydraulic valve clearance compensation element (10) is guided for axial displacement in the inner element (6). To simplify the manufacturing of this valve tappet, it is proposed that the cup (1) is hardened in a heat treatment process, and the inner element (5) is unhardened.

    摘要: A device, for use in a press, for feeding fasteners, especially nuts, and attaching the fasteners in workpieces by pressing with a punching head. Joining and pressing of the fasteners in the workpieces takes place, with an infeed and loading means on a tool or press part, and on a rigid feed, which together with a punching head can be attached to one of two antagonistic tool or press parts. A first conveyor section for the fasteners is located between the punching head and the loading means, and forms the fasteners. Each of the fasteners is supplied individually to a loading position of the loading means and each is moved by an infeed element from the loading position into a subsequent first conveyor section, forming a row which extends into the punching head, in which the fasteners tightly abut one another. An infeed element, for infeed out of an initial position outside of a conveyor section, is moved with an infeed surface into the conveyor section and is moved with an infeed stroke along the conveyor section is designed. The infeed element is moved back each time immediately following completed infeed into the initial position. At the loading position there is at least one stop for fasteners, which pass only with infeed by the infeed element.

    摘要: In a hydrodynamic-mechanical transmission for motor vehicles, consisting of a torque converter followed by a planetary gear with hydraulically actuable shift mechanism associated with the several transmission elements to select the various speeds, the planetary gear including a first sun gear connectable by way of a first clutch to the turbine rotor of the torque converter, a second sun gear connectable by way of a second clutch to the turbine rotor, a planetary mount connectable by way of a third clutch, bypassing the torque converter, directly to the engine drive shaft, on which mount first and second planet gears in engagement with each other and with the sun gears are mounted, and an internal gear constituting the drive output and in engagement with second planet gears meshing with the second sun gear, the possibility exists of reaching the third, direct speed either by purely hydrodynamic means including the torque converter by engaging the first and second clutches, by purely mechanical means bypassing the torque converter by engaging all three clutches, or in branched power trains by engaging the first or the second clutch and the third clutch.
