Abstract: A lift device includes a lift apparatus configured to raise and lower a robotic attachment and a base assembly configured to support the lift apparatus. The base assembly includes a prime mover configured to rotate one or more wheels coupled to the base assembly. The lift device also includes a controller in communication with at least one of the lift apparatus and the robotic attachment. The robotic attachment includes robotic implement moveable independent of the lift apparatus, a stabilizer bar coupled to the robotic implement and configured to selectively provide a stabilizing force to the robotic attachment, and a locking mechanism configured to selectively hold the stabilizer in a locked position.

Abstract: A machine includes a chassis, a turntable coupled to the chassis, a boom coupled to the turntable, an axle, a first actuator, and a second actuator. The chassis has a first end and an opposing second end, and defines a longitudinal center axis. The turntable is selectively rotatable about a rotation axis. The axle is pivotally coupled to the first end of the chassis and configured to pivot about the longitudinal center axis. The first actuator is coupled to the first end of the chassis and positioned on a first side of the longitudinal center axis. The first actuator is extendable to selectively engage a first contact point on the axle. The second actuator is coupled to the first end of the chassis and positioned on an opposing second side of the longitudinal center axis. The second actuator is extendable to selectively engage a second contact point on the axle.

The platform includes a deck defining a top surface configured to support an operator. The stair assembly is selectively repositionable relative to the chassis between a stored position and a deployed position. Abstract: A lift device includes a chassis, a rear leveling assembly coupled to a rear end of the chassis, and a front leveling assembly coupled to a front end of the chassis. The rear leveling assembly includes a first rear actuator and a second rear actuator. The first rear actuator and the second rear actuator are selectively engageable to facilitate providing active control of a rear pitch adjustment and a rear roll adjustment of the rear leveling assembly. The front leveling assembly includes a first front actuator and a second front actuator. The first front actuator and the second front actuator are (i) selectively fluidly couplable to facilitate providing passive control of a front pitch adjustment and a front roll adjustment of the front leveling assembly and (ii) selectively fluidly decouplable to facilitate providing active control of the front pitch adjustment and the front roll adjustment of the front leveling assembly.

Abstract: A lift device includes a lift apparatus for raising and lowering a robotic attachment. The lift apparatus includes a base assembly, the base assembly including a prime mover to rotate one or more wheels. The robotic attachment includes a base, a primary robotic implement, and a secondary robotic implement, each moveable independent of the base. The robotic attachment further includes a stabilizer bar coupled to the base and configured to engage with an external support to provide a stabilizing force to the robotic attachment. At least one of the primary robotic implement and the secondary robotic implement are configured to move one or more end effectors to perform a welding operation, including a weld gun, a weld lead, and a needle scaler. The lift apparatus may also include a control system configured to position the robotic implements in a plurality of preset positions.

Abstract: A leveling system for a lift device includes an axle, a pin, a cradle, and a chassis. The axle is configured to rotatably couple with one or more tractive elements. The pin extends through a bore of the axle. The cradle is pivotally coupled with the pin. The chassis is pivotally coupled with the pin and includes a first actuator and a second actuator. The first actuator and the second actuator each include a body and a rod configured to extend relative to the body. The rods of the first actuator and the second actuator are configured to be extended to engage corresponding surfaces on opposite sides of the cradle. The cradle and the chassis are configured to rock in unison a limited angular amount relative to the axle.

Abstract: A solar panel installation system includes a solar panel unloading machine, a solar panel carrier machine, and a solar panel installation machine. The solar panel unloading machine is configured to autonomously interact with a shipping device carrying a plurality of solar panels to unload the plurality of solar panels from the shipping device and autonomously transfer the plurality of solar panels to the solar panel carrier machine. The solar panel installation machine is configured to autonomously pick up a respective solar panel of the plurality of solar panels from the solar panel carrier machine and autonomously provide the respective solar panel to an installation location where the respective solar panel can be secured to a solar panel support.
