Abstract: Provided are a user equipment and a wireless communication method for LAA. The user equipment comprises: a receiver operative to receive a UL grant which schedules a subframe for UL transmission; a first circuit operative to perform LBT; a transmitter operative to transmit a PUSCH in the scheduled subframe starting from one available starting position of multiple candidate starting positions in the scheduled subframe if the LBT is successful. According to present disclosure, it is possible to increase the possibility that PUSCH could be sent in the scheduled subframe after LBT.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a band usage information generating and reporting method, a charging method, an eNB, a CN, a MME and a UE. The eNB and the UE can generate band usage information for charging, and report the band usage information to the CN, wherein the band usage information involves band usage of at least a first band and a second band, and traffic is assigned to respective bands by the eNB. The Counting entity at the eNB or UE can count the data volume of each band or ratio of data volume via different bands as the band usage information based on the scheduling information of the data. The Charging system located in the CN can process the charging and generate a bill according to the reported band usage information.

Abstract: A reception processor receives the cell detection reference signals, each of the cell detection reference signals being transmitted from corresponding one of a plurality of cells. An RRM report generator generates measurement information indicating a measurement result of reception quality measured using the cell detection reference signal. A transmission processor transmits the measurement information. The cell detection reference signals are mapped to any one of a plurality of candidate resources, which is a part of a plurality of resources set for other reference signals in a subframe to which the cell detection reference signals are mapped.

Abstract: Provided is a terminal including a receiver, which, in operation, receives a Channel State Information Reference Signal (CSI-RS) candidate list for CSI-RS configuration information. The CSI-RS candidate list is indicated as Radio Resource Control (RRC) control information for respective terminals. The terminal further includes circuitry, which, in operation, specifies at least one CSI-RS resource information of a measurement target based on the CSI-RS candidate list, and measures a reception power using the specified CSI-RS resource information. The terminal also includes a transmitter, which, in operation, reports the result of the reception power measurement. A reception power measurement method is also provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides wireless communication methods for repeated transmission of channels, and wireless communication devices therefor. In one embodiment, the gap between the starting subframe of a first channel and the starting subframe of a second channel is defined or configured. In another embodiment, Mx*W=M and Mx*n=N is satisfied, where Mx is the number of subframes reserved for the channel in one HARQ process, M is RTT for one HARQ process, W is a positive integer and represents the maximum number of HARQ processes transmitting the channel within M subframes, N is the gap between the starting subframes of the channel in two HARQ processes, and n is a positive integer. In yet another embodiment, time-frequency resources for the channel in different HARQ processes are different.

Abstract: If repetition transmission is applied to a response signal for a downlink data signal and an uplink signal, the uplink signal is repeatedly transmitted using a certain number of consecutive subframes starting with a first subframe, at which the repetition transmission of the uplink signal starts, and the response signal is repeatedly transmitted using at least the certain number of consecutive subframes starting with a second subframe, at which the repetition transmission of the response signal starts. The first subframe is set to be the same as the second subframe.

Abstract: A base station is disclosed that enables an efficient use of resources even when a TTI length is shortened. In this base station, a PDCCH section (103) generates one piece of downlink control information (DCI) containing control information for a plurality of first transmission time intervals (TTIs) each having a TTI length shorter than a second TTI, and a transmission section (107) transmits the DCI. Control information on retransmission processing for a data signal is configured for each of the plurality of first TTIs while control information other than the control information on the retransmission processing is configured in common among the plurality of first TTIs in the DCI.
