Abstract: A display device includes: a first closed-bottomed lens tube including a first display part on the closed bottom for displaying a first image; a second closed-bottomed lens tube including a second display part on the closed bottom for displaying a second image; and an adjustment mechanism that couples the first lens tube and the second lens tube and is capable of adjusting a distance between the first lens tube and the second lens tube. The adjustment mechanism includes an operable part that adjusts the distance between the first lens tube and the second lens tube.

Abstract: A head-mounted display device includes a first display portion disposed in front of a pupil of a viewer and displaying a first image, a second display portion disposed on an ear side of the viewer and diagonally in front of the pupil and displaying a second image, a first lens disposed between the pupil and the first display portion for projecting a first image onto the pupil, and a second lens disposed between the pupil and the second display portion for projecting a second image onto the pupil. The second lens is disposed adjacent to the first lens on the ear side of the viewer, and an optical axis of the first lens and an optical axis of the second lens intersect with each other at an angle ranging from 30 degrees to 80 degrees inclusive.

Abstract: A video image processing device uses a plurality of video data captured by a plurality of cameras to generate a wide range video data of the entire celestial sphere having a 360-degree range around an area where the plurality of cameras is installed and to transmit the generated wide range video data of the entire celestial sphere to a video display device. The video display device detects a direction of the video display device as a direction of a sight line of the user, receives the transmitted wide range video data of the entire celestial sphere, segments a predetermined area of video data including a detection result of a sensor from the wide range video data of the entire celestial sphere, adjusts a luminosity of the extracted predetermined area of video data to fall in a certain range of luminosity, and displays the adjusted predetermined area of video data.
