    Abstract: A display controller converts a detection target region contained within a detection range of an obstruction sensor group and extending from a vehicle to the periphery thereof into a virtual marker image and causes a virtual image to be displayed by superimposing the image over a scene in front of the vehicle. When the relative position of an obstruction is within the detection target region, the display controller causes an arc-shaped ripple spreading in a direction based on the relative position of the obstruction to be displayed in a region, of the virtual marker image, located in a direction based on the relative position of the obstruction. The display controller converts the important information into a notification image and causes the notification image to be displayed in a display medium. The display controller changes the display format of at least one of the virtual marker image or the notification image.

    Abstract: The head mounted display includes: a headgear having an attachment that comes into close contact with the face of the user in a manner such that the user can see at least the front and a fixture that is attached to the attachment and is used for fixing the attachment to the head of the user while maintaining the close contact with the face of the user; a display unit that has a video display unit configured to display video and is detachable from the attachment; and a lock mechanism that is provided in at least one of the attachment or the display unit, and fixes the display unit to the attachment in a manner such that the fixing can be released.     Abstract: A display device includes: a first closed-bottom lens tube including a first display part on the closed bottom for displaying a first image; a second closed-bottom lens tube including a second display part on the closed bottom for displaying a second image; an adjustment mechanism including a first rod that extends from the first lens tube and a second rod that extends from the second lens tube and is rotatably connected to the first rod; and an image outputter that outputs the first and second images to the first and second display parts, respectively. The image outputter, in accordance with the angle of rotation of the first and second rods of the adjustment mechanism, controls and outputs the first and second images to bring the horizontal directions thereof closer to the arrangement direction of the first and second lens tubes.

    Abstract: A head-mounted display device includes: a first display that displays a first image, the first display being located in front of a pupil of a user in a forward-looking-state in which the pupil is looking forward; a second display that displays a second image, the second display being located diagonally in front of the pupil in the forward-looking-state; a first eye lens that causes first light of the first image to pass through the pupil, the first eye lens being located between the pupil and the first display in the forward-looking-state; and a second eye lens that causes second light of the second image to pass through the pupil, the second eye lens being located between the pupil and the second display in the forward-looking-state. The distance between the second display and the second eye lens decreases as a distance from the first display increases.

    Abstract: A video image processing device uses a plurality of video data captured by a plurality of cameras to generate a wide range video data of the entire celestial sphere having a 360-degree range around an area where the plurality of cameras is installed and to transmit the generated wide range video data of the entire celestial sphere to a video display device. The video display device detects a direction of the video display device as a direction of a sight line of the user, receives the transmitted wide range video data of the entire celestial sphere, segments a predetermined area of video data including a detection result of a sensor from the wide range video data of the entire celestial sphere, adjusts a luminosity of the extracted predetermined area of video data to fall in a certain range of luminosity, and displays the adjusted predetermined area of video data.
