Abstract:
Systems and techniques for indexing and/or querying a database are described herein. Multiple, large disparate data sources may be processed to cleanse and/or combine item data and/or item metadata. Further, attributes may be extracted from the item data sources. The interactive user interfaces allow a user to select one or more attributes and/or other parameters to present visualizations based on the processed data.
Abstract:
Systems and methods are provided for generating reports reflecting a visualization of, e.g., a dataset on which data analysis has been performed. The data analysis performed on the dataset may be an aggregation of data analysis functionality provided by applications or tools. Dataset visualization is realized in a workspace implemented by a separate application or tool. Potential conflicts regarding updating one or more elements of the dataset are reconciled by implementing a dual operational transform system and method. A global state of the dataset may be determined by a first operational transform system and method, while a local state of the dataset may be determined by a second operational transform system and method. The local state of the dataset may be updated through operational transforms exchanged between the first and second operational transform systems that align the local state of the dataset with the global state of the dataset.

Abstract:
An interactive user interface for receiving and displaying data is described. The interactive user interface may display data sets from a plurality of external applications and/or data sources. Received data sets may be compiled to form an interactive graphical unit, also called a “card,” that may be displayed in a format based upon that of the native external application of the received data sets. Cards may be grouped with other cards. A card may include a link which allows users to access the native external application of the card to make any desired modifications or changes.
Abstract:
Systems and methods are disclosed for news events detection and visualization. In accordance with one implementation, a method is provided for news events detection and visualization. The method includes, for example, obtaining one or more user inputs, determining, based on the user inputs, an entity and a date range, obtaining one or more documents associated with the entity and with dates within the date range, the one or more documents being grouped into one or more clusters, and the clusters being grouped into one or more megaclusters, and presenting the one or more documents on one or more timelines, wherein the one or more documents are grouped into different megaclusters being presented in a visually distinct way. The method further allows for filtering of the one or more clusters based on a value associated with the one or more clusters.

Systems and methods are disclosed for news events detection and visualization. In accordance with one implementation, a method is provided for news events detection and visualization. The method includes, for example, obtaining a document, obtaining from the document a plurality of tokens, obtaining a document vector based on a plurality of frequencies associated with the plurality of tokens, obtaining one or more clusters of documents, each cluster associated with a plurality of documents and a cluster vector, determining a matching cluster from the one or more clusters based at least on the similarity between the document vector and the cluster vector of the matching cluster, and updating a database to associate the document with the matching cluster.
Abstract:
A computing system and methods are provided for executing an application framework to provision a pipeline or workspace which may include applications that collaborate, such as, in performing a physical actuation of a physical component. The provisioning may include determining or receiving an indication of the applications to be installed and contextual information of each of the applications. The contextual information includes data objects, data types, or data formats supported by each of the applications and relationships among the applications. The computing system may provision one or more of the applications based on the indication of the applications to be installed and the contextual information. The computing system may receive an indication of an update at a first application of the applications and propagate the update to a subset of the applications based on the contextual information.
