摘要: A touch display device includes a touch panel, a driving and sensing circuit, a data memory, a processor and a display apparatus. The touch panel is adapted to receive a touch trace including at least one touch point. The driving and sensing circuit is adapted to detect an actual signal value Vi of the at least one touch point. The data memory is adapted to store a look up table including a plurality of position coordinates and calibrating rules f each corresponding to each of the position coordinates and can be used to convert actual signal value V0i of a basic contact area A0 to a standard signal value Vs. The processor is adapted to calculate the position coordinate and calibrate the actual signal value Vi to a calibrated signal value V′i. The display apparatus is adapted to display the touch trace.

摘要: A touch panel includes a conductive film having anisotropic impedance, a plurality of first electrodes, and a plurality of second electrodes. In a method for detecting a touch spot, a plurality of actual detecting signals are obtained by the first electrodes and the second electrodes, thereby determining two first electrodes and two second electrodes closest to the touch spot. The conductive film between the two first electrodes and two second electrodes is defined as a corrective area. An ideal resistance of the corrective area is set. An arbitrary electrode from the two first electrodes and two second electrodes is defined as electrode i. The actual detecting signal Si obtained by the electrode i is corrected according to a ratio of the ideal resistance to an actual resistance of the untouched corrective area.

摘要: A method for detecting a touch trace is provided. A look up table, including a plurality of position coordinates and calibrating rules f corresponding to each of the plurality of position coordinates, is built. A touch trace including at least one touch point is received, wherein if an actual contact area Ai of the at least one touch point is a basic contact area A0, an actual signal value Vi of the at least one touch point is V0i. Each of the calibrating rules f is to convert the value V0i to a standard signal value Vs. Position coordinates of the at least one touch point are calculated, the actual signal value Vi under the actual contact area Ai is obtained; and the calibrating rule f corresponded is queried. The actual signal value Vi is calibrated to the calibrated signal value V′i.

摘要: A display apparatus and a method for driving a display panel thereof are provided. The display panel includes an inducing signal readout line and N gate lines, in which N is a natural number. The inducing signal readout line is coupled to a plurality of inducing circuits. Each inducing circuit is coupled to one of the gate lines, and the Nth gate line is coupled to one of the inducing circuits. In the method, several gate pulses are provided to drive the gate lines sequentially to turn on the corresponding inducing circuits, wherein at least a portion of the driving duration of a gate pulse provided to the Nth gate line is in a blanking time between two frames.

The inducing signal readout line is coupled to a plurality of inducing circuits. Each inducing circuit is coupled to one of the gate lines, and the Nth gate line is coupled to one of the inducing circuits. In the method, several gate pulses are provided to drive the gate lines sequentially to turn on the corresponding inducing circuits, wherein at least a portion of the driving duration of a gate pulse provided to the Nth gate line is in a blanking time between two frames.

摘要: The present application relates to a method for adjusting the sensitivity of a touch panel. A look up table is built. The look up table includes a charging station look up table and a discharging station look up table. The charging station look up table includes a threshold value (V0m) of a touch signal, an electrical quantity (A0i) corresponding to the threshold value (V0m), and a computational method g1. The discharging station look up table includes the threshold value (V0m), the electrical quantity (A0i), and a computational method g2. The current electrical quantity and whether the capacitive touch panel is charging are detected. According to the current electrical quantity, the state of charging or discharging, and the computational method g1 or g2, the threshold value (V0m) is adjusted.
