Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a channel state information (CSI) reporting configuration for a CSI report, wherein the CSI reporting configuration indicates that the CSI report is to include a layer 1 signal to interference plus noise ratio (L1-SINR). Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems, apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for reducing latency associated with performing some operations that use a reference signal. To illustrate, a user equipment (UE) may receive a reference signal and then may receive a message indicating one or more of an update of a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state of the UE or a change in designation of a path loss reference signal (PL-RS) measured by the UE. If the reference signal is received within a threshold time period of receiving the message (or vice versa), the UE may perform the update or the change in designation of the PL-RS using one or more parameters determined using the reference signal.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some systems may support the transmission of a predicted negative acknowledgment (NACK) indication for a downlink data message. In some cases, a base station may transmit a downlink data message to a user equipment (UE). The UE may perform a decoding process for the message. The UE may determine whether the decoding process is likely to fail during a first portion of the decoding process prior to completion of the decoding process. The UE may transmit a predicted NACK message to the base station prior to a feedback opportunity configured for the UE to transmit feedback based on a result of the completed decoding process. The base station may determine whether to retransmit the downlink data message based on the predicted NACK message, such that the predicted NACK message may reduce the latency associated with retransmission of downlink data messages.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A machine learning server may generate a low-dimensional parameter set representing training data for the machine learning server, the training data being associated with one or more communication environments or one or more channel environments, or a combination thereof. The machine learning server may receive, from one or more devices within a communication environment or within a channel environment, or both, a low-dimensional parameter set representing testing data associated with the communication environment or the channel environment, or both. The machine learning server may generate a reproducibility metric according to a correlation between the parameter set representing the training data and the parameter set representing the testing data. The machine learning server may transmit a message indicating the reproducibility metric to the one or more devices, and the one or more devices may perform communication procedures based on the reproducibility metric.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a base station detects a UE is in a high speed train scenario. The method also instructs the UE to enter a high speed train (HST) mode when the UE is detected to be in the high speed train scenario. The method further performs beam management in accordance with the HST mode. A UE (user equipment) for wireless communication detects when the UE is in high speed train scenario. The UE also reports the high speed train scenario to a base station and then receives instructions from the base station to enter a high speed train (HST) mode. The UE performs beam management in accordance with the HST mode.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a network entity, a first message indicating data collected at the first UE and geo-location information of the first UE. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a base station may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), configuration information for both a first set of reference signals for a first beam sweeping procedure and a second set of reference signals for a second beam sweeping procedure. The UE may receive the first set of reference signals according to the configuration information, and may transmit a channel state information (CSI) report to the base station based on the received reference signals. After transmitting the CSI report, both the base station and the UE may autonomously update a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state based on the CSI report (e.g., using a preferred transmit beam indicated in the CSI report). The base station may transmit on the preferred transmit beam, and the UE may receive on various candidate receive beams, the second set of reference signals.
