    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine, for a sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission, one or more uplink power control parameters based at least in part on whether the one or more uplink power control parameters are associated with a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state that is associated with at least one of an uplink control channel or an uplink shared channel. The UE may transmit the SRS transmission based at least in part on the one or more uplink power control parameters. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A machine learning server may generate a low-dimensional parameter set representing training data for the machine learning server, the training data being associated with one or more communication environments or one or more channel environments, or a combination thereof. The machine learning server may receive, from one or more devices within a communication environment or within a channel environment, or both, a low-dimensional parameter set representing testing data associated with the communication environment or the channel environment, or both. The machine learning server may generate a reproducibility metric according to a correlation between the parameter set representing the training data and the parameter set representing the testing data. The machine learning server may transmit a message indicating the reproducibility metric to the one or more devices, and the one or more devices may perform communication procedures based on the reproducibility metric.

A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of one or more beam failure detection reference signal sets corresponding to a list of component carriers. Whether a component carrier is included in the list or whether a beam failure detection reference signal set of the one or more beam failure detection reference signal sets is applicable to the component carrier, or both, may be based on whether the component carrier is of a first type configured for a single beam failure detection reference signal set or is of a second type configured for multiple beam failure detection reference signal sets. The UE may monitor one or more component carriers included in the list for beam failure using the one or more indicated beam failure detection reference signal sets.

A user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a network entity, a first message indicating data collected at the first UE and geo-location information of the first UE. The first UE may receive, from the network entity, a second message indicating a sidelink grant for transmitting a sidelink message on a set of resources and a source identifier and destination identifier associated with the sidelink message. The first UE may transmit the sidelink message on the set of resources to at least a second UE, the sidelink message including the source identifier and the destination identifier. The second UE may transmit, to the network entity, an indication of calculated geo-location information for the first UE and a received power measurement of the sidelink message based on the sidelink message.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a base station may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), configuration information for both a first set of reference signals for a first beam sweeping procedure and a second set of reference signals for a second beam sweeping procedure. The UE may receive the first set of reference signals according to the configuration information, and may transmit a channel state information (CSI) report to the base station based on the received reference signals. After transmitting the CSI report, both the base station and the UE may autonomously update a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state based on the CSI report (e.g., using a preferred transmit beam indicated in the CSI report). The base station may transmit on the preferred transmit beam, and the UE may receive on various candidate receive beams, the second set of reference signals.
