Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable medium for wireless communication are provided. An example method may include receiving, from a base station, at least one channel status information (CSI) report setting associated with CSI resource setting that configures a set of CSI reference signals (CSI-RS resources), at least one CSI report setting including at least one quantity change rate associated with one or more predicted quantities over at least one future time window or one or more measured quantities over at least one past time window, one or more predicted quantities or one or more measured quantities being associated with the set of CSI-RS resources. The example UE may further include transmitting, to the base station based on at least one CSI report setting, the quantity change rate or reliability information message based on one or more predicted quantities over at least one future time window.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a system information block type 1 (SIB1). The UE may transmit a physical random access channel (PRACH) transmission based at least in part on one or more of a set of PRACH repetition numbers or selection criteria associated with the set of PRACH repetition numbers, wherein one or more of the set of PRACH repetition numbers or the selection criteria are based at least in part on whether a configuration associated with one or more of the set of PRACH repetition numbers or the selection criteria is present or absent in the SIB1. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit an indication of a UE capability of the UE for maintaining uplink continuity of Msg3 repetitions. The UE may receive a configuration specifying resources that indicate Msg3 repetition is to be expected. The UE may transmit a physical random access channel (PRACH) message in the resources. The resources may include preamble resources that are dedicated for joint channel estimation of Msg3 repetitions or for joint channel estimation of PRACH repetitions. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for differential power parameter reporting in multi-panel uplink transmission. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes determining a first transmit power control parameter associated with a first panel of the UE and a differential transmit power control parameter to be used to indicate a second transmit power control parameter associated with a second panel of the UE, the differential transmit power control parameter indicating a difference between the first transmit power control parameter and the second transmit power control parameter generating a reporting message indicating the first transmit power control parameter and the differential transmit power control parameter; and transmitting the reporting message to a base station.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a network entity to configure a group of UEs to simultaneously transmit reference signals and to simultaneously transmit gradient vectors to the network entity, such that the network entity may receive the gradient vectors from the group of UEs as an aggregated gradient vector over the air. In one aspect, a base transmits, to a group of UEs, a configuration that configures the group of UEs to simultaneously transmit one or more group-common reference signals and to simultaneously transmit one or more gradient vectors associated with a federated learning procedure. The network entity receives, from the group of UEs, the one or more group-common reference signals and the one or more gradient vectors based on the configuration via multiple channels. The network entity calculates an average gradient vector based on the one or more group-common reference signals and the one or more gradient vectors.
