    Abstract: Wireless communication method and device are provided. When a first terminal device transmits SL data on randomly selected time-frequency resource blocks, feedback information on SL HARQ containing NACK feedback count on PSFCH is monitored. When the NACK feedback count in the feedback information is greater than the first threshold, the L1 priority of SL data is increased based on the NACK feedback count to obtain an updated L1 priority value. A network device sends an SCI to a second terminal device, where the SCI carries the updated L1 priority value. The SCI indicates the second terminal device to re-determine the resource selection method for the second terminal device based on the updated L1 priority value, so that the time-frequency resource block selected by the second terminal device according to the re-determined resource selection method is different from the time-frequency resource block currently selected by the first terminal device.
