Abstract: A disclosed method includes receiving emergency data related to emergency calls emanating from mobile devices, independently from emergency call routing to an emergency network; determining an emergency network that should receive the emergency data; providing the emergency data to the emergency network; and providing a map view to the emergency network entity of the emergency network using the emergency data and displaying location indicators corresponding to locations of mobile devices identified by the emergency data. Another disclosed method includes receiving emergency data related to emergency calls emanating from mobile devices, independently from emergency call routing to an emergency network; detecting emergency call data received at the emergency network; and providing a map view to an emergency network entity of the emergency network using the emergency data, where the map view displays location indicators corresponding to locations of mobile devices identified by the emergency call data received at the emergency network.

Abstract: Described herein are systems, servers, devices, methods, and media for validating, improving, and predicting emergency locations. In some embodiments, disclosed herein is a method for validating a reported location associated with an emergency request comprises: detecting an emergency request from a first device; identifying a reported location associated with the emergency request; identifying one or more attributes associated with the emergency request; determining a location accuracy metric for the emergency request using the one or more attributes; comparing the location accuracy metric to a first accuracy threshold, wherein the reported location is converted to a validated location when the location accuracy metric meets the first accuracy threshold; and, in response to the location accuracy metric meeting the first accuracy threshold, providing the validated location to one or more recipients comprising a public safety answering point (PSAP).

Abstract: One disclosed method includes filtering incoming emergency data using at least one filtering criteria, as the emergency data is received in response to initiation of emergency events; generating at least one data bin representing a tally of emergency data meeting the at least one filtering criteria, without storing any of the emergency data used to generate the at least one data bin; and generating a statistical report using the at least one data bin. The statistical report may be generated real-time and displayed on a remote display.
