    Abstract: An assembly creates annular voids in concrete around the distal end of cylindrical tubes. A cap has a flat top and a cylindrical, depending skirt. An annular, foam plug extends between the inside of the skirt and the outer diameter of the tube. The plug has an undeformed inner diameter smaller than an outer diameter of the tube to create an interference fit around the tube and keep concrete out when the cap is on the end of the tube. The plug has a radial thickness of 0.3 to 1 inch, and has an axial length of 1 to 3 inches, with a bottom of the plug located at a bottom of the skirt. The cap is glued to the end of the tube for pressure testing. After the tube is entrained in concrete, the cap and plug are removed to leave a void in the concrete surface.

    Abstract: An improved cap and assembly is provided for a poured concrete deck. The improved assembly has a diaphragm seal over-molded to a top plate having a depending sidewall that is snap-fit to a base containing a fire ring. A tubular sleeve is connected to the over-molded top plate by snap fit connections to the sidewall and by threaded fasteners passing through sockets in the sleeve, sidewall and base. The over-molded diaphragm has a funnel shape. A first sleeve cap has depending positioning tabs that may be broken off to adjust the cap height relative to the sleeve, with an inwardly extending latching surface engaging the sleeve when the tabs are removed. A second cap has inwardly extending tabs that fit into channels on the sleeve fit between ridges on the sleeve when rotated to adjustably position the second cap on the sleeve.

    Abstract: An outlet box assembly includes a base and a connection assembly. The base defines a base through-hole. The connection assembly is configured to attach to the base through the base through-hole and includes a connector and an adapter. The connector includes a connector body.     Abstract: A bracket holds a rigid or flexible tube during the pouring of a concrete slab. The bracket has a base and a housing connected to the base. The tube curves around a first tube support on the housing before passing through an opening in the bottom of the housing. The tube and any members inside the tube are cut off so they end inside the housing and are then covered by a housing cap. The base is fastened to a form for the concrete slab. The height of the housing relative to the base is adjusted to place the cap at the planned surface of the concrete slab. After the concrete slab is formed the cap is removed and the cut members inside the housing are connected to other members or devices.

    Abstract: A no-hub connector has a tubular gasket enclosed by a tubular shield and includes two end clamps and two intermediate clamps to tighten the connector around the ends of two pipe sections joined by the connector. Axially extending straps are fastened to each ring clamp, and fastened to the shield at the location of each ring clamp encircling the shield. An inward facing shield surface has optional gripping projections and the shield may optionally extend axially past the intermediate clamps to the end clamps. The inward facing surface of the end clamps may have optional gripping projections if the shield does not extend axially to the end clamps.
