    摘要: An electrical plug-and-socket connection is described. The electrical plug-and-socket connection having a plug and a plug connector, in particular for receiving a cable harness plug. The plug connector includes a housing provided with a plug connector opening in which a plurality of pin contacts directed toward the plug connector opening are provided for establishing an electrical contact. The plug connector further includes a protective device which has at least one opening for the passage of a pin contact and can be latched in a protective position using at least one latch element. The protective device can be brought from the protective position into an assembly position by joining the plug connector with the plug. At least one contact element, which works together with the latch element and releases the latch connection between the plug and the plug connector as the plug is attached to the plug connector is provided on the plug for actuating the protective device.

    摘要: An electrical plug device having two plug connector parts is designed in such a way that the two plug connector parts can be plugged together or separated by means of a slide, which can be displaced transversely with respect to the insertion direction, even under confined space conditions. To this end, guide openings are provided on one of the two plug connector parts, which guide openings extend through the plug connector part and serve the purpose of being able to assemble the U-shaped slide on both sides. Control elements or control means are fitted to the other of the two plug connector parts symmetrically with respect to its longitudinal extent, with the result that the engagement of assignable means or control elements which are fitted to the slide takes place with the same effect independently of the assembly direction of the slide. The plug device is preferably used in motor vehicles with confined installation conditions.

    摘要: By a special structure the conductor paths between connection prongs at one end of an electric circuit unit and circuit components located on two circuit boards are greatly shortened. The circuit boards are connected at their ends remote from the connector prongs by studs that releasably snap together while a flexible flat conductor makes connections between the two circuit boards. The two circuit boards are electrically and mechanically connected with separable parts of a plug connector each carrying at least one row of prongs projecting into a plug-in space of a receptacle body. One of these separable parts is integrated into a receptable body, which is provided with an aperture through which the other plug connector part can be slipped and locked into place after the boards have been electrically connected together at their far ends and the circuits have been checked.

    摘要: To reduce the engagement force of a multi-terminal plug-and-socket connection, for example having fifty connecting terminals, and reliably positioning the plugs and sockets with respect to each other even upon being subjected to vibration and shock, a handle (13) is provided which is pivoted to the plug element (8, 9) and connected to the plug element by an angled lever (14, 17), the pivot connection (15) being at the end of the angled lever, and, adjacent the apex of the angle of the angled lever, a bolt is located which is operable in a guide track (21), formed as a slit in an upstanding side wall (19) of the socket element (2), the slit being formed with a terminal opening (22) to permit release of the guide bolt (18) from the slit (21) when the handle (13) is raised (chain-dotted position) and consequent disengagement of the plug (8) from the socket (2) by unhooking a pair of interengaging hooks (5, 12) located at the end of the plug-socket connection remote from the handle (13). The arrangement reduces the engagement force required to be applied by an operator for secure interengaging of blade-type terminals by use of the leverage available by the combination of the handle with the angled lever.
