    Abstract: The interconnecting paving stones are provided on at least two opposing sides with outwardly tapering teeth. On one side of said stones, the front sides of said teeth are provided with indentation keys, and on the other side, with indentation grooves. Moreover, the flanks of one row of teeth comprise spacing bosses. An interconnecting paving stone can have the configuration of a rectangular stone and can comprise three teeth on each of its longitudinal sides and either a projection or a recess on the narrow sides.The interconnecting paving stones can be used either for the construction of bicycle lanes with increased smoothness, in which case said teeth engage with each other, or as interconnecting lawn stones, where respective teeth adjoin and interlock by means of said indentation keys and grooves.

    Abstract: An arcuate paving block assembly comprising two outer transitional blocks (1) with four arcuate sides, wherein two adjacent sides (10, 18) are curved inwards and the other two sides (19, 20) are curved outwards in order to form a continuous transition from one arc to another; adjacent thereto on both sides an equal number of arc blocks (2, 3, 4; 2a, 3a, 4a) constructed to be mirror images of each other and symmetrical or mirror image shaped keystones of apex blocks (5, 6, 5a, 6a; 7, 7a, 8) which together make up the entire length of an arc, the whole being such that when laid the two outer edges (10) of the transitional blocks (1) enclose an angle of 90.degree. and the height (H) of all the blocks measured at right angles to an imaginary baseline (S) through the lower corner of the transitional blocks (1) is the same. Herein the blocks have a lower portion remote from the top tread surface which extends further in the horizontal direction and an upper portion of less extent in the horizontal direction, wherein the lower portion of the radial sides (21) of the arc blocks and crown blocks and the outwardly curved sides (19, 20) of the transitional blocks (1) are provided with vertical or perpendicular projections (14, 15) and the edging of the upper portion has lateral surfaces which are irregularly formed in the same way as a natural stone.

    Abstract: The spacer for the construction of walls from superimposed blocks which have at least one opening on their horizontal sides is provided with a supporting member consisting of four spacing members which are radially symmetrically attached to a holding ring and which are located outside the opening of the block when laid, and with centering means consisting of centering tabs attached to the holding ring. In the case of the spacer for the construction of dry walls, the spacing members are attached to a connecting ring which is linked to the holding ring, the two rings together having a T-shaped cross-section. The centering tabs are each provided with a reinforcement tab extending inwards, which has a T-shaped cross-section together with the centering tab.Such a spacer enables a safe, motionless and torsionally stiff support of the wall blocks and is well suited for mass production.

    Abstract: A structural assembly for producing interconnecting structures which includes a first element which, on each of two transversely extending sides lying opposite each other, is provided with a dovetail joint member and, on each of two longitudinally extending sides lying opposite each other, is provided with three fins which, when viewed from the tip or free end, have a convex portion provided on each side with a corresponding, connection recess so that the space between two adjacent fins is identical in form to the fin in order to permit a toothing to be formed. The structural assembly also includes a second element which is provided with a dovetail joint member on one longitudinally extending side and with three fins on the opposite side, as well as a connecting member which has, on each of two sides lying opposite each other, a dovetail joint member which corresponds to the dovetail joint members of the first element. Effective soundproofing walls or sloping walls can be produced simply in an interconnecting manner with such a structural assembly, and the individual elements can be produced economically.

    Abstract: The set of construction units comprises a standard stone, a long stone and a trough stone having a substantially trapezoidal end view, a surrounding groove at the side with the broader base line, on both sides of the surrounding groove a longitudinal slot and at the side with the smaller base line, opposite to each of the longitudinal slots a longitudinal rib. The long stone has dimensions approximately twice as high and about three times as long as the standard stone. Both the standard and long stones have in the surrounding groove a surrounding bead, permitting the stones to be split in half. They also have five holes for making the stones lighter and for permitting these stones to be connected together with reinforced concrete so that they can be utilized as lintels. The trough stone is also twice as high and about three times as long as the standard stone. The closure stone comprises a surrounding bead as well as longitudinal slots. With the set which comprises further other trough stones, angle stones and closure stones, it is possible to erect a plurality of walls, sound deadening walls or walls serving as windscreens in which panels are fitted and held by the surrounding groove and which may be provided with plants through the utilization of trough stones. If the indenting means are so designed that they mesh with a certain play, curved walls can also be erected. The set is more particularly suitable for a dry construction method.
