    摘要: An inner member for use within a stent delivery system is provided, wherein the stent delivery system has a stent and a balloon disposed within the stent, the balloon configured to be mounted about the inner member in a collapsed state. The inner member comprises a proximal section, a distal section, and an intermediate section. The proximal and distal sections each have a first outer diameter. The proximal and distal sections have a first and a second lumen therethrough, respectively. The intermediate section having a third lumen therethrough in communication with the first and second lumens and has a second outer diameter larger than the first outer diameter for exerting a retaining force on the stent.

    摘要: A neuromodulation catheter includes an elongate shaft and a neuromodulation element. The shaft includes two or more first cut shapes and two or more second cut shapes along a helical path extending around a longitudinal axis of the shaft. The first cut shapes are configured to at least partially resist deformation in response to longitudinal compression and tension on the shaft and torsion on the shaft in a first circumferential direction. The second cut shapes are configured to at least partially resist deformation in response to longitudinal compression on the shaft and torsion on the shaft in both first and second opposite circumferential directions.
