Abstract: A method for providing an RUI service is provided. The method includes: providing an RUI service to a plurality of RUI terminal apparatuses; detecting resource are scarce in response to an RUI service request received from a new RUI terminal apparatus; and displaying a resource scarcity message and transmitting the resource scarcity message to at least one RUI terminal apparatus from among the plurality of RUI terminal apparatuses and the new RUI terminal apparatus in response to the detecting resources are scarce.
