At least one bit sequence of bit sequences indicatable by the second information indicates a PRACH occasion index indicating a physical random access channel occasion available for transmission of the random access preamble among PRACH occasions associated with the first block in an association period identified based on a physical random access channel configuration period indicated by higher layer signaling and the number of one or more first blocks.
