    Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes: a substrate including a display area including pixels at which an image is displayed and a peripheral area at which the image is not displayed, the peripheral area disposed outside the display area. In the peripheral area, the display device further includes: a plurality of thin film transistors connected to the pixels and with which operation of the pixels is tested, the thin film transistors including gate electrodes arranged separated from each other on the substrate; and a bridge wiring electrically connecting adjacent gate electrodes of the plurality of thin film transistors to each other.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a substrate having a bending area between a first area and a second area; internal conductive lines on the substrate in the first area; external conductive lines on the substrate in the second area; an organic material layer covering the bending area and covering at least a portion of the internal conductive lines and the external conductive lines; and connection lines on the organic material layer and connecting the internal conductive lines to the external conductive lines, respectively. Organic through-holes are defined through the organic material layer, the connection lines are respectively connected to the internal conductive lines through the organic through-holes, and an upper surface of the organic material layer between the organic through-holes has a convex curved shape.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a substrate having a first area, a second area, and a bending area disposed therebetween. The substrate is bent at the bending area about a bending axis. An inorganic insulating layer is disposed over the substrate and includes an opening or groove corresponding to the bending area. An organic material layer fills the opening or groove. A first conductive layer extends from the first area to the second area through the bending area. The first conductive layer is disposed over the organic material layer and includes a multipath portion having a plurality of through holes. A length of the multipath portion, in a direction from the first area to the second area, is greater than a width of the opening or groove, in the direction from the first area to the second area.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a substrate having a display area displaying an image and a periphery area. The periphery area is located next to the display area. A first organic insulating layer is disposed on the substrate. The first organic insulating layer includes a valley portion separating the first organic insulating layer from the periphery area. A plurality of organic light-emitting devices is disposed on the substrate. Each of the organic light-emitting devices includes a first electrode, an emission layer, and a second electrode, sequentially disposed over the first organic insulating layer. The second electrode covers the emission layer and the valley portion. A second organic insulating layer is disposed over the first organic insulating layer and incudes a first opening exposing a center portion of the first electrode and a second opening overlapping the valley portion. A capping layer covers the second electrode.
