    Abstract: A display device includes: a display area; a display element which emits light and includes a pixel electrode, an opposite electrode, and a light emission layer between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode; an encapsulation layer covering the display element; sensing electrodes disposed on the encapsulation layer; and a light-shielding layer disposed on each of the sensing electrodes to correspond to each of the sensing electrodes. The encapsulation layer includes: a first organic layer having a refractive index, a first opening defined in the first organic layer and corresponding to the light emission layer of the display element, and a first refractive layer covering the first organic layer.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting display (OLED) device includes a substrate, a semiconductor element on the substrate, a planarization layer on the semiconductor, and a light emitting structure on the planarization layer. The planarization layer includes a contact hole exposing a portion of the semiconductor and a plurality of grooves surrounding the contact hole. The light emitting structure is electrically connected to the semiconductor element via the contact hole.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a display layer including a plurality of organic light emitting elements, and defining a plurality of light emitting areas and a non-light emitting area surrounding the light emitting areas; and an input sensing layer on the display layer. The input sensing layer includes: a first conductive pattern on the display layer; an insulating layer on the first conductive pattern to cover the first conductive pattern, and defining a plurality of light collecting patterns overlapping with the light emitting areas in a plan view; a second conductive pattern on a top surface of the insulating layer; and an overcoat layer on the second conductive pattern to cover the insulating layer and the second conductive pattern. Each of the light collecting patterns is recessed downward from the top surface of the insulating layer.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display panel, a touch sensor on the display panel, and a color filter layer on the touch sensor, the color filter layer including a black matrix and a color filter. The display panel includes a display region to display an image and a non-display region outside the display region. The display region includes a central region and a peripheral region outside the central region. The black matrix includes a first black matrix located in the central region, and a second black matrix located in the peripheral region. The color filter includes a first color filter located in the central region and a second color filter located in the peripheral region. The first color filter is on an upper portion of the first black matrix, and the second black matrix is on an upper portion of the second color filter.
