    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; a bank layer on the substrate, and defining a light-emitting area; an organic light-emitting layer in the light-emitting area; a thin-film sealing layer covering the organic light-emitting layer and the bank layer; an inorganic layer including a base part on the thin-film sealing layer, and a protruding pattern part protruding from the base part in a thickness direction and including a lateral surface having a reverse taper angle; a first low refractive organic layer on the base part of the inorganic layer; and a high refractive organic layer covering the first low refractive organic layer and the inorganic layer. A lateral surface of the first low refractive organic layer contacts the lateral surface of the protruding pattern part, and an upper surface of the first low refractive organic layer protrudes more than an upper surface of the protruding pattern part in the thickness direction.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a display region, a first non-display region in the display region and a second non-display region outside the display region. A pixel array layer is disposed on the display region of the substrate. An encapsulation layer is disposed on the display region. The encapsulation layer is disposed on the first and second non-display regions of the substrate. The first non-display region includes a through hole penetrating the pixel array layer and the substrate. An encapsulation groove is spaced apart from the through hole. An inner wall of the through hole and an inner wall of the encapsulation groove are at least partially covered with the encapsulation layer. An end face of the encapsulation layer facing away from the pixel array layer has an irregular shape when viewed from a side of the substrate opposite the pixel array layer.

    Abstract: A display device includes a first pixel emitting visible light, a second pixel emitting infrared light, and a photo sensor receiving light. The first pixel includes a first light emitting element, an emission control transistor forming a current movement path passing through the first light emitting element, and a first transistor controlling a first driving current flowing through the first light emitting element. The second pixel includes a second light emitting element, an eleventh transistor controlling a second driving current flowing through the second light emitting element, and a twelfth transistor electrically connected between a sensor data line and a gate electrode of the eleventh transistor. A gate electrode of the emission control transistor and a gate electrode of the twelfth transistor are electrically connected to each other.
