    Abstract: A display device includes: a plurality of first banks extended in a first direction on a first substrate and spaced apart from one another; a first electrode and a second electrode extended in the first direction and located on different ones of the first banks so as to be spaced apart from one another; a first insulating layer covering the first electrode, the second electrode, and the plurality of first banks; a plurality of first patterns extended in a second direction crossing the first direction on the first insulating layer and spaced apart from one another; and a plurality of light-emitting elements between adjacent ones of the first patterns, and opposite ends of the light-emitting elements are arranged on the first electrode and the second electrode, respectively, on the first insulating layer, and a height of the first patterns is greater than a diameter of the light-emitting elements.

    Abstract: A scan driver has a plurality of stages configured to supply a scan signal to scan lines. The plurality of stages include a stage coupled to a scan line of the scan lines. The stage includes a first transistor including a gate electrode, a drain electrode and a source electrode and is configured to output the scan signal to the scan line; a second transistor provided on a side of the first transistor and connected to the drain electrode; a third transistor provided on the side of the first transistor and connected to the source electrode; a capacitor provided between the scan line and the first transistor; a first dummy transistor provided between the first transistor and the capacitor and connected to the capacitor; and a second dummy transistor provided between the first transistor and the second transistor and connected to both the first transistor and the second transistor.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display device includes a first row including first, second, and third first-color pixels; a second row including fourth, fifth, and sixth first-color pixels; and a third row including seventh, eighth, and ninth first-color pixels. The first, fourth, and seventh first-color pixels are aligned. The second, fifth, and eighth first-color pixels are aligned. The third, sixth, and ninth first-color pixels are aligned. Each pixel electrode of the first, third, fifth, seventh, and ninth first-color pixels may receive a high voltage for a gray level. Each pixel electrode of the second, fourth, sixth, and eighth first-color pixels may receive a low voltage for a gray level lower than the high voltage for a gray level. Liquid crystal molecules in each pixel have two domain directions.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a display device, and more particularly, to a display device in which lateral leakage current between adjacent pixels can be reduced so that color mixing between the adjacent pixels can be prevented.
